I liked the service, the food was good and hot, the guy who served me was very friendly, excellent, he asked me if I could cut the pizza into pieces, which I liked since the slices are large and a little difficult to eat.

We went to slice factory in Berwyn and we we were very happy Becca was very helpful and accommodating I definitely would recommend going there pizza was delicious

Salads are superb. Variety Pizza are jumbo size. You can buy combo with the slices. You can sit inside or outside plenty of parking. Right on Route 66.
Vegetarian options: The veggie pizza and various diffent salads are the options I see.
Parking: Plenty of parking inside and outside the food establishment.
Drive through and receiving the food took forever for them to give me the wrong order! I’m not sure why the drive through line was taking forever as there was only 1 car in front of me. I was in line for 10 minutes before placing my cheese fries order. Then it took another 10 minutes to receive the food. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize I was not given the cheese although I paid and ordered cheese fries.

I’ve gone there twice in a row now, where I’ve only ordered one item and somehow gotten the wrong order. It’s strange because their menu isn’t over complicated. These are really simple orders like a slice of pepperoni or a Caesar Salad with chicken. I would come back much more often if it didn’t feel like I was rolling the dice with my money.

Update: 04-21-2024It's been awhile, but the slice of cheese, well done continues to please. A crispy slice of cheese pizza is excellent here. I would not snooze on the side salad either. I have been getting this side salad as well for a long time. The Italian and Balsamic salad dressing are both excellent options. Give the side salad a shot.------I always get the slice of cheese, extra well done. My go to order, everytime. Never disappoints.
Employees were extremely kind and respectful at drive through window. Even walked my fries down the block to deliver them to me after I had drove off without them. That’s service !!

Look, I used to love the food but honestly I’m very disappointed with my orders being wrong. Not just once but twice. I ordered cheese fries and got wings instead. Then I ordered sausage pizza and got pineapple. I’m allergic to pineapple. I’m tired of this happening especially when it’s night and there’s no other customers. Never coming back. Last thing I needed tonight. Do better.

Been there twice through the Slice-Thru (drive-thru). The cashier Alex is very kind and friendly. The pizza is pretty good. Could've been hotter though. The garden salad was fresh both times. I think the garden salad would be even better either banana peppers (rather than peppercinni) and maybe a little oil and vinegar. Their balsamic vinegarette is super good. Salad comes with complimentary garlic bread. I'll be back again next time I return to Chicago!
