Friday 9/12/25 between 11:15am and 11:30am First time experiencing this place when I came in no acknowledgment. Read the menu for what I wanted asked another customer that was in there also, which side to order since the 3 people who where behind the counter looked at me a couple times but still haven’t acknowledged me. Went to register. A guy came in after me one of the young ladies who looked at me twice but still haven’t said anything asked him if he needed help. So asked her who is working the register she act like she don’t understand me and I had repeated myself 3 times finally the guy came to register to take my order. After my order was complete the young lady who ignored me then acted as if she couldn’t comprehend my question called my name place my order down rolled her eyes and walked away. No one said thank you have a good day nothing. Customer service absolutely none existent but I did like my smoothie and protein box I purchased.

Mr Julian santons Greeted us and made us feel very welcome. Since everything is very expensive and I spend my heart or money where I feel welcome. I am very happy to come and spend the money again at this location thanks to Mr. Julian.

Josh and the whole staff are awesome and very professional I go there about 4 times a week and never was i disappointed if something is not right just tell them and they'll make it right

Went and ordered the child chocolate smoothie. It has a very weird smell and after tasting it something was off— it tasted spoiled. I did take it back and they remade it but it still had a spoiled taste. I don’t think they’re cleaning their instruments properly. Something was definitely off and I never got to eat either of my shakes that were given to me. I definitely will not be going back— which is a shame cuz I’d normally go once a week at least.

Called the employees that work there at smoothie king 15 mins before closing and I ask them if they would still take me five mins before they close and he said yes over the phone I get there and they change there story stating they can’t take my order no more they could’ve easily said no over the phone but change the story around I don’t think that is exceptional as a loyal customer to smoothie king.
