I bought two venti iced matchas at this location before even ordering I told the barista of my free drink coupon she said okay and than took my order but than proceeded to not add my free drink when I told her she gets a manager that was very rude that said I should have said before hand that I had the coupon which I did after she got defensive and very rude for what I think could of been a very simple and easy thing to redo and get correct but yes customer service was very rude and unprofessional and disappointing atmosphere was not calm or anything you would except at a Starbucks it was dirty loud and unkept matchas were moderate nothing special so I give them three stars and everything else from customer service and location gets a 1 star because they wouldn’t let me give them zero

I used to really like this Starbucks location. However, there is definitely poor management at this site as they often close early due to shortage of staff or basic ingredients. Staff are often not properly trained to prepare drinks or provide service. Hot coffee or hot lattes are often served at room temperature or they taste like someone with no experience at all prepared them. Lastly, this Starbucks location became VERY expensive. Not sure what is going on with this specific location.

Worst experience at this location. Joce made my drink. They didn’t provide the cold foam so I returned the drink to receive the cold foam. Before adding it she sniffs the cold foam and adds it to the drink. I let them know I didn’t want a drink that someone’s nose was near. Joce laughs and the lady working in drive thru tells me to pull around and they will bring it out. They didn’t not bring it out. I went inside and when I asked about the drink Joce points to the same one she tried serving me the first time. She continues to laugh and says she had to smell it to see which cold foam it was. In the end no apology was given, this is the drink I received. Just something they quickly put together. All the caramel just slathered on top.

The only place where I was scolded for showing up a minute too early for an order. Also, there are no trash cans accessible to the drive thru, I asked the cashier to take my old starbucks cup from the previous morning. She refused. Stated they cannot take trash. Which I would understand if it was a handful of trash, not just a cup. Drove around the complex, there are 0 outdoor trashcans today. Do better. Also, whenever I order cooked items, if they're correct, they taste like burnt dirty toaster oven. So, I stopped ordering edible items.

Well after being in the Drive-Thru 17 minutes, my mother tried those egg and spinach bites. She said she like those and she will try it at home. Her and my daughter love love love love that refresher with the mango pomegranate they love it. The next day we walked inside because my daughter wanted her own. Otherwise I don't go there that often. I don't quite understand the menu and all the extras that they add on. It's cool 🫶🏿

The lady who made my son's hot chocolate is a Rockstar. My son is autistic and having a hard time in school this week. So he dreads going every morning she wrote this on his cup and he hasn't stopped smiling since. ❤️

Usually get my Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade but thought it be cute to make a change. ❤️

I hardly speak to the workers which to me, is a plus. I'm sorry to all the clients that require everyone's attention, the place deserves more recognition, what's draining these workers are clients who think they're celebrities and hold gavels like they're official judges from Maywood Courthouse.

I stopped buying at this location because the employees at the Drive Thru don’t seem to know what is “good customer service”. They don’t greet and seem to be annoyed that you are even there. I ordered ahead and it said it would be ready in 3-6 minutes. I arrived within 5 minutes and the person didn’t tell me they had my order, he said “you have to give us 5-10 minutes before arriving”. I still waited 10 minutes at drive thru and they wrote on my cup “Give us 5-10 minutes before arriving next time!” There was no need for that. And their job is to just make the drink without complaining. They were not busy at the time either. Starbucks please train your employees better.

I walked in 8:00 AM on a Saturday, 4 employees and nobody said good morning. Waited for 10 minutes to make an order and nobody even came to the register to get an order like I didn’t exist. Left 10 minutes later without any coffee or goodbye. The worst service ever.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Nobody is smiling. Everyone looks like it’s the most painful job on the planet. One barista’s uniform looked like it has not been washed for 2 weeks. No one was at the register, so I finally left. None of the four employees paid any attention me. I have been there before. The service was terrible but this morning I thought to try again.
I am sorry they hate the job so much.
