The negative comments are pretentious based, literally the most amazing atmosphere, one of soft and welcoming vibes. Maybe people would take a moment and realized just how truly remarkable they are. I wish starbucks themselves would see this and understand how remarkable these ladies are, and the two kinda gentlemen I have encountered. I always show up before close, 15 to 10 mins before closing and I wish I could tell you how I even began coming here. The fact I was absolutely wrecked with depression and felt unseen in this world. I don't even understand how or what I did to be seen but the kindest and softest hello and thank you, they know my name and show me compassion when I needed the most. Those ladies at night shift here, with a simple coffee and but the biggest hearts saved me. Don't know how they picked me out of all people to be bless me with the biggest smiles, the most warming and simple fact of calling me Mr Jason broke through to me and I have been going back, every night, just cause a simple coffee and matched with their remarkable soul healing conversations, I would never think how starbucks saved me but it did and that amazing group of ladies who, unfortunately not seen as the shining stars they are. Thank you ladies, your smiles were a gift and your amazing soft spoken selves saved me from going to a place where I wouldn't be here to hear your angelic and sometimes a wee bit spicy selves.

Quick, even with a long line. They were kind and friendly as well. Please pay them more because they work so hard for the area they’re in.

Rating it a 1 because they really inconvenienced me. Looks like Jose was training a nice lady at the window. I asked if I could add a sandwich to my order and Jose told the woman that they didn't have any. I am new to Starbucks and would've appreciated a recommendation to a similar option. I had to park and look at their hot sandwich menu and come to find out they had literally exactly what I wanted. Had to go around and by that time the line was so long. Had to park and go inside and order. Customer service was not up to par. As someone who has worked customer service for years, this was not it. Also, sandwich was not good anyways. Coffee was mid. Just go to Dunkin on East and Cermak. Better customer service. The new girl at the window was very nice though, hate to had rated it 1 star.
I’ve given this Starbucks so many chances and it just seems like every time it gets worse. I’ve visited at different times and the staff is always so rude. Place is always a mess, the lobby and the kitchen. You’d think that they would have better service since it’s in a shopping strip. Not to mention they always are out of something, they never have what you want available.

This has to be one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to and I’ve been to dozens. They don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in. They pretend like they don’t see you. Too busy working on online orders . The customers standing in the store are just as important. At least a smile or I’ll be right with you would be nice. Once they finally take your order you are waiting at least 10 minutes for your drink. Don’t think I’ll be going back to this one. Good customer service just dosent exist anymore. Starbucks do better with training your baristas. A smile goes a loooong way!

Damn does this place sucks! Excessive wait times, employees don’t care, and drinks suck. Every damn time it’s a mission to get a coffee. Just go somewhere else tbh. Owner doesn’t care as this been happening for a while.

This is the worst experience, excessive wait time, drive thru is crazy pack on top of that even if you go In they don’t greet you or apologize for the wait your literally just standing at the register and they will pass by a bunch of times and no greetings for none of the employee is horrible!!!! They need more training in this Starbucks!!!

Two of my friends and I visited this starbucks yesterday around 3 in the afternoon. There were four employees working at the time but three of which were standing, talking, and doing nothing for around thirty minutes. There was only one man actually working but my friends and I stood in line for 25 minutes before being served, mind you there was no one else in line, everybody in the store had their drinks already, and there were about 2 cars going through the drive through every 5 minutes. One of my friends did not order anything but my other friend and I ordered the same thing, a grande pineapple passion fruit drink with light ice and an orange cake pop. It took only a minute for the one worker ( the other three were still standing around talking instead of serving other customers who arrived while we were waiting in line for those 25 minutes ) to make the drinks but one thing we noticed is my friends drink was missing a large portion of the drink and she assumed it was an accident until she saw the worker make my drink after hers and pour out some of my drink and serve me a drink with only 2/3 of it filled. My friend and I were mad we waited almost thirty minutes at this point for drinks not even filled so we went up politely and asked if we could have them filled up a little more and the worker told us “if you order a grande with light ice, the drink won’t be full and you’ll get less of the drink”. My friend asked instead if we could just get more lemonade in the drink instead and the worker rolled his eyes and furfilled our request but very angrily. Mind you my friends and I are all locals and we’ve been here many times but I’ve never experienced this at the location until yesterday.

First, I would like to suggest a sensitivity training for the employees at this location. From my experience, one employee was noticably uncomfortable assisting African Americans. It's not okay . Besides that, this location is pretty busy and usually understaffed. It's a hassle to place an order . Drive through line is usually has 5+ cars waiting to place an order regardless the time of day. If you have time to wait, place an order here. If you have scheduled plans, run in the opposite direction of this location. I easily spend over $100 within a 2 month period at Starbucks. I don't think I'll be returning to Starbucks anytime soon due to conflict resolution surrounding racial insensitivity.
