Placed a mobile order, I went thru the drive thru. When telling them I had a mobile order, employee said “oh the one placed two minutes ago? Next time give us more time.” I’ve never had this experience before, employees are usually friendly and greeting. Even when given my drinks never said thank you or a have a good day. Just left a distasteful experience, working with customer service I wouldn’t question customers and tell them what to do next interaction unless it was useful for them.

Being a person who comes through this location and spends 9 bucks everyday spending my money on Starbucks and I go to the drive through and ask for a water & they deny me a water absolutely made me disgusted I will never go to this Starbucks location ever again or matter fact any Starbucks.

This is probably the worst starbucks experience. I ordered my coffee with an extra shot of espresso and my coffee tasted like nothing but steamed milk.

Pretty much terrible service, with a huge price tag.
Let be real, this is huge reason why no one is coming into Starbucks is because the "baristas" don't know how to finish one order and move onto the next. Yesterday, I waited for 10 minutes for the "barista" to finish 4 mixed drinks while mine sat in the blender for that time. Thank for a waste of time and money, lets just go back to Dunkin - at least there the price reflects the customer service.

Wow wow wow!!! This is the first time ever the customer service at a Starbucks was lacking. I order 2 Green tea Lattes and a pumpkin loaf.
I stood in the mobile order pick up area. As the Associates started dropping off drinks I noticed they were not calling out names. Then a male with a headset on his head came to the area and threw a slice of bagged cake on the counter where I was standing. He never said a word, so I believe in teaching people how to treat me so I asked, you threw that cake on the counter w/out a word is that my order?
He said oh yes I'm sorry.

I grabbed my cake and continued to wait for my spouse and my own Green tea lattes. When the girl put the tea down again no name was called. So my spouse asked is this a green tea and she said yes. Unbeknownst to me my tea was sitting on the counter. I decided to walk over and examine the cup. Sure nuff it was mine.

I will never patronize this Starbucks I would rather remain hungry and thirsty. I have way too many choices to put up with this and if you are reading this review you have choices to. Teach people who to treat you, don't let them get away with bad behavior.

I ordered a green matcha tea with almond milk. The server was nice. While waiting for my order, it took about 13 minutes to get my order. The lobby was not just, but the drive thru and mobile orders were busy. Once I got my order and wiped on it, it was watered down. It tasted like hot water with very little flavor. I’m disappointed with my drink. I looked forward to having my creamy matcha green tea. I will not revisit this location again.
