Rude staff, dirty restaurant, and they are thieves. They never provided an online order and refuse to refund for it. Stopped by to let them know their store was unexpectedly closed at the time of order and they refuse to refund for it even though they never provided the product. I even have the receipt that shows the order was not even confirmed until a day later. They were rude the whole time and the place was just a mess. I hate to sound like a “Karen”, but now I will need to take it up with corporate or dispute with my bank to attempt to get refunded as they flat out refuse to work with me. It was like talking to a bag of bricks. They did not want to look at any of the proof that they were in the wrong.

I order a salad online and this is the fourth time the shredded cheese was not added to my order. When the woman is there she makes sure everything is correct but when the men are there something is always missing.
Hate to leave a bad comment but please please check your food. He tried putting way to little steak on my sandwich and when I noticed I saw dried out meat and flaky stuff on the meat. Please be careful rip off and possibly old food.

We came in afternoon time really hungry because it’s closer to my store and I gotta say I was very impressed. The food the service and the atmosphere were all amazing and will definitely come here everytime me and my family is in Chicago. The person helping us out was named Ashish I think went above and beyond. Definitely recommend to everyone.

They sell watered down soup. This broccoli soup was watery so bad you can tell they are trying to make more product therefore the quality when down to zero. Never coming back.

I was in and out within Maybe 10 minutes 15 tops everything was fine cheese and broccoli soup is really good recommend you try it for a bottle of Pop cup of soup and spicy Italian at 12-in it was I think $11 $12 I think

The server saw us come in, but apparently customer service isn't their priority. Chatting is more important. The three stars belong to the new trainee. Negative points for the senior employee who prefers to talk. I'd rather her minimize talking while preparing my footlong steak sandwhich.
