The mac n cheese is literally the same one from prison. The brisket was dry, maybe it's on me for ordering it on a week day. It was guaranteed reheated. The fries and sausage are the only things that were worth it.

We are usual customers. This year has been my 4th time coming with a big group. We never encountered any problems with the food or the waitress/bartender. Yesterday they took quite some time to get to our table. My friend went to get the menus and the barbecue sauces on the tables. When the waitress arrives we start giving our orders. Of course, since we were a big group of 19 we knew the food would take some time. When our food arrived one of the waitresses started giving attitude because people wouldn't respond quickly and on one of the orders I had to snatch the tray from her so she could stop with the attitude. I know it's not an easy job but even so, you still have to be nice. That's what is customer service. Nobody wanted to ask for more plates and spoons since only 5 were given and most of us drank water because no one wanted to order pop after. One of the waitresses told my friend to order in advance next time. But we have never had a problem before. And the other waitress explained to me the reason why it took so long. Something about how much meat they take out a day she said it was common sense. I'm like to myself how could it be common sense.. we have no idea how they operate with the food for the restaurant. So how is it common sense? As I said we've been coming in big groups and this is the first time we've gotten that treatment. Also, we cause other customers to have their orders late. How is that our fault? They did apologize for forgetting to give us tableware and that it took so long. To us, we didn't care that it took long because we knew it would happen. But it still leaves you disappointed.

I literally just called to order this meal and this ignorant bartender kept telling they don’t have “The ultimate bbq for 2” and she had a cocky attitude. I’m good ignorant as hell and I kept trying to explain and she said I’m calling the wrong place!!🤷🏽♂️ smh,learn your menu. #ignorant

Food was decent but the bartender, she was super mean. She tossed my bill on the counter when giving me my receipt and she was rude on the phone when ordering. She was cute lo key but she's super mean lol either way, it doesn't make her behavior acceptable especially when representing a business.

The only good thing about the place was that they have Touch Tunes. The most blandest BBQ I have ever had in my life. The pulled chicken & pork looked like someone chewed it up and spit it out. The fries were extremely over cooked and the only thing that seasoned the corn was butter. Gross.
I went there for the food .. I was told the food is pretty delicious. I ordered a slab of ribs with two sides. It was very delicious. They have a "dine in special " that will make you come back for more... The best part of my evening was the amazing bartender that was extremely nice and very informative about the menu. She made sure my first experience there was not my last... I will definitely be going back to try the rest of the menu . Thank you

EAT BEFORE YOU SHOW UP TO DRINK... wings tasted similar to Costco brand wings sauces tasted like bulk buy generic sauces. Fries were over cooked strangely with the place being empty. HEARD THE OWNER HAS A FEW BIZNESS IN BERWYN?? MAY WANT TO FOCUS A BIT ON PRIDE IN FOOD. beers were cold.. good selection of tap beers. AVOID COMPLICATED MIX DRINKS bar tender not formally trained in mixing drinks. good spot to drink before you go out to a nice bar in CHICAGO.
