Ordered on GrubHub for pickup and paid for some wings. Got to the place and nobody was there and door was locked. Phones were disconnected. I think they're done.

Sooo disappointed, wing boss was one of my favorite go to’s for good wings I hadn’t ordered in a while but I had a taste for them today and I’m sooooo disappointed at what I got when I got home, I’m not sure what the heck they are serving as wings but these were not , clearly they were mini something, I’m still not sure what tho, they were mini and hard and no flavor, I tried to eat them because I had spent $50 for 35 wings but I just had to take a loss I could not eat any more again I don’t know what happen with wing boss but they need to get it together, a total waste of $50

This place needs to be shut down!!! I tried to eat the chicken and it was horrible. I got sick later that day and I know it was from there undercooked chicken. Never again will I eat from them.

Horrible wings, last time we order wings from here. They were so small and they did not even taste good and then the fries, so greasy. DID NOT ENJOY THE MEAL AT ALL

Have ordered from here before but they might be under new management. These were the tiniest dried up wings with no flavor. The fries we're disgusting like they were fried yesterday and then again today. They were also cold. If your name is Wing Boss you better have some spectacular wings not the crap I was served today.

Unfortunately this will be my first and last time eating here. For the price the wings are so small and have no flavor. The lemon pepper oily and no flavor at all. Dipping sauce doesn't even come with the wings you have to ask for it and its over priced at $1.20 each cup that was not even full and did not taste good at all. I was very disappointed sorry. The only reason for the two stars at least the cashier was nice.

I ordered the 6 bone in meal for $11.99 with tax it was $13.28. I really should say I spent $13.28 on 5 miniature wings and 1 dysfunctional wing, fries that needed 2 more minutes in the grease, a 20 ounce beverage that never appeared because I was handed a 12 ounce coffee cup to fill up so I requested a 12 ounce can Pepsi. Once I got to my car I seen how nasty the top of the can was. The picture of the can is after some cleaning but not all. Last but not least HOW DID THEY NOT NOTICE they put the wings in an upside down container? I've wasted money, time and I'm is still hungry. On a good note the employee at the register is great; she's the only reason I gave 1 star

Tried to make a phone order but they never picked up. So I went there and the cashier said the ringer was turned down. Worst meal ever. Combo meal says 20 oz drink but a 8 oz coffee cup was given. When I questioned it the cashier it changed and have not changed all the advertisement. The fries were just a ball of grease. Never going back
Let me start with the wings were very good. I ordered the 100 wing pack, no rub or sauce. That is the only reason for the second star. I ordered the fries well done and they were not even cooked completely. I had to cook them in the oven which delayed our dinner. The veggies were not included, the staff at Dickey's in Jenison stated they were sorry but they forgot to order them. She did put in an extra order of fries (barely cooked) though. I could not order online as their internet was not working. I called for assistance to the Wing Boss line and Christina was very helpful in placing my order. We supplied our own veggies. The staff at Dickey's restaurant could not assist in any questions about Wing Boss, stating that was a ghost kitchen and they knew nothing about it. I would not recommend them. If you don't have the address you would never be able to find Wing Boss. It was confusing.

If I could I would give this place no stars. I ordered delivery, then send the sauces and rubs on the side. That's just crazy, don't order from this place, just order wings from somewhere else.

The food they gave us were not wings. They were chunks of chicken. Basically no flavor and they were rubbery. Couldn't even finish my meal. I would not go here again and recommend skipping out and going to Wingstop instead.
