Meh. I have been to better. This wasn’t great. I went through the drive through and they had the roof set up so water was pouring off of it and would fall into your car as you were trying to order. They need to look into how to fix this because it got my car wet and my food wet.
The food wasn’t bad, typical White Castle, and the service was ok, wasn’t great or exceptional but it wasn’t bad either. It is just that the roof design really put a damper on what should have been a great meal.

I was able to get thru the drive thru with my Chevy 2500 easily. Burgers were a little slow coming out, but hot.

White Castles in Berwyn IL has given me issues when ordering using Uber Eats I paid money for my food and I like too eat and when all my food not right or drink it’s a problem my number is listed on Uber Eats I am not understanding why the manager could not call when their restaurant issues by not having any milk shakes they gave me a coke mixed with something else I could got another fruit punch and not giving me my fries I purchase the meal with a large fruit punch I did not receive my fries I do hope you all charge me for the meal and not separate I I don’t know I try calling the White Castles 6 times it went from ringing to straight to voicemail the Large Milk Shake you all didn’t have my number listed on my uber eats this could have been corrected I do not drink soda I have the other large drink fruit punch I gave the soda away and I have no milk shake

I'm assuming this is the White Castle located at 95th and Cicero Avenue in Oak Lawn, Illinois, just 2 miles away from the Southwest Chicago border. 9500 South Cicero Avenue 60452 woul probably be the correct address if I'm not mistaken. But anyway, I also have about 5 or 6 other White castles that I would love to name on this list, but I'm not sure I have enough room. But I do have one small request from White Castle Corporate. About 10 or 15 years ago, maybe even 20 years ago, you're establishments would provide a variety of brochures including one that was very special. And it was a map, that showed where every White Castle was in the United States nation and I still have that map to this very day. It's probably about 10 to 15 years old but it also gave nutrition information if I'm correct. If you guys could start doing those maps again, you have no idea how much appreciated they would be to folks like me and many others. And the menu item I had ordered even I can't get a few days ago, was the traditional White Castle Sandwich (in which I alesyd order with anytime I get), asking with the jalapeno cheeseburger, a small order of chicken rings, small order of onion rings (this was not all for me btw. But make them mistake, it could've been if I really wanted it to be. 🤦🏼♀️😉 But thank you, White Castle. You have served at least 3-4 generations of my family so far. And now we're going onto a 5th generation. They're still a little young yet, but they already know to eat every last fibglllt of what is given to them. Thank you again White Castle for serving generations of families. ❤️
Vegetarian options: It may be limited some vegetarian options but keep in mind my fellow vegan friends, White Castle was never developed to be a vegetarian restaurant. The only reason they provided some vegan dishes was to accommodate those of you who wanted to enjoy The traditional White Castle foods, but with that all the animal ingredients. Just an FYI for all you vegans out there, and I'm genuinely saying this with love and be not with ignorance. But if you're not happy with what WW has to offer in their vegan section, I'm pretty sure some around the corner there's a Noodles & Company nearby to accommodate your vegan needs. I love noodles and butter. Now you may not use butter because of the animal fat, but I definitely do. Anyway, while I love some vegan food and real uncle off the vegan menu from White Castle quite frequently just because it gives me a nice bathroom cleansing, 😜 I will always definitely make sure I get enough meat inside of my system too. I went vegan for one year and it did me no good, is probably 92 lb on a 5'6 frame and made me pale as hell and also very sickly looking. But enough about me and vegan stuff. White Castle, just keep doing what you're doing. I love you guys, always having always will and same with the generations of my family above and below. ❤️

Parking: There's other store locations that have plenty of parking surrounding that particular White Castle, that is if we're talking about the one located at 95th and Cicero. So even if you can't find parking in the regular parking lot of White Castle, it's just a hop,skip and jump from the parking spaces of the other stores that are in the plaza behind it. And quite frankly, I sometimes prefer to park my car outside of the White Castle parking lot because the line is so long that sometimes you kind of got a maneuvered it back in car out and get it out. But that's a good thing. Love you White Castle. ❤️
Kid-friendliness: Absolutely. I don't have anything to say but kids are all welcome and they seem to enjoy coming there and eating with their families. That is if I dine in.

Went threw drive threw very bad they were spraying cleaning products right over the food and also the cleaning products were right on the side of stove an they were cleaning when the food was on the grill manger on duty I told an she had a fit never again did I go back there!
