Your food is great, but you guys need to train your staff better. On hold for 15mins, you would have less people in the lobby if you would get the orders on your phone line at a faster speed.

Places my order online for a couple Tacos and it was ready on time and tacos were delicious as usual. The salsa there has a kick and the horchata was also good. Will be coming back. Surprised it was a bit empty for the time of day I went

I went there two weeks ago and the waitress took care of my wife and I very good and our bill was about $27. We went there the next week with a different waitress and she seemed to go just on everything even though we bought the exact same things we did the week before. She added an extra $4 on to our bill. Not sure if she was the owner or just the waitress. But I will watch myself next time cuz I almost don't feel like going back there after my last experience.
Got charged for lengua got asada and called they said will give me a credit good for week i called today turns out it wasnt on the system and no credit was added really unhappy with this

The girl at the front that is always on her phone, regularly gets the number of tacos you order for takeout wrong. It wasn't easy to get them to fix my order and give a refund for 4 extra tacos I didn't order. Luckily there is a second location, the only one my family goes to now, on Harlem and that team never misses a beat to deliver the best tacos in town. Somehow the tacos there taste better than the ones from the Cermak location, either way. At the end of the day it was a win-win for all parties, including the girl at the front that will have more time to catch up with her toks.
