I stopped by today to buy some tacos by phone 10 minutes before arriving at the establishment they took my order, it was about 15 tacos. I arrived. They didn't know it had started. The boy who served me through the trhru driver told me that in 5 minutes they would leave. He told me to park. Indeed in 5 minutes they were ready but the tortillas were all cold as well as the bone meat so why do they offer service over the phone if they are not going to place the order which is really bad

Not enough seats for the elderly. No seats at all to be honest. Chairs to tall. Lay out is too small and the seating is just terrible overall. Food is good but just get it to go. Won't be able to eat it fresh and hot. But still good enough warm.

They gave us the wrong order then our order was wrong and apart from the cold burrito and no apology for going back for the Meal. The ingredients of the burrito were repeated to the woman and not even that. Mistakes happen but it is the third time this month that they ruin the order.

I specifically asked for no onion or celentro, and to put it on the side and they gave me it on the side and on top of the tacos i ordered. I asked them what we can do about it and they wanted me to drive all the way back to return the tacos , poor customer service. Check your food before leaving the establishment. Or they will make you return them and make a customer pay for their mistake

Tacos here are always built to last.3 steak tacos have fresh steak,cilantro & onions and will hold you over till dinner.eat in lobby is ok,small and unexciting but is usually clean and tidy.

The food is good! They put enough meat on their tacos. The only problem is their cashiers think they have the right to be giving customers attitude. I told the cashier in a good manner to give me a second because my card didn’t work (didn’t answer, she just gave me a stank look, crackling her nails) the last thing I need is an employee rushing me with a stank face. I asked you kindly and you wanna proceed and be smart about it. Worst part is they act offended when you give them the same energy back. Owner/manager should really remind them this isn’t high school, this is a business. I just want my tacos and that’s it. It’s not that deep to wait a couple second and yes literally seconds because I get anxious to make people wait, but you’re also not gonna treat me wrong.
Customer service is terrible. The cashier was very rude when taking the order and the waitress was the same when delivering it. We ordered asada tacos, the seasoning was good but the meat was very chewy.

The steak and stuffed pepper dinners are fire!!! As I was eating the grilled meat I was transported to a summer barbecue!! The chile rellenos are not and the salsa they add to the chiles is the cherry on top!
I order the enchiladas rojas de queso, and instead of using chile guajillo, they used mole sauce.....if I wanted mole, I would've ordered mole, needless to say I was disappointed and will not coming back again.
