Ordered for Xmas eve and the girl taking the order wrote wrong date down. Even AFTER she had to verify we can still order it because it was a day after the cut off date to order. She said it was fine because all we wanted was chicken and beef package. We will never go there again. Been going for 20+ years. Worst customer service ever. The lady that gave refund could care less. Rolled her eyes and all!! Didn’t even try to accommodate us. Why would I make an order for a Saturday...read full review
