Great pizza. Good service. Awful crowd. There was a short wannabe gangster who continuously invaded our space. He was redirected by the bartender multiple times. He was kicked out and the police were threatened to be called. Some guy grabbed a bat and threatened him. If this is the crowd who goes in there, I do not recommend it.

This is an old review that I should have wrote a long time ago, I have been a long time customer of Franks, use to be my go to pizza place.
So I gave them multiple times to get it right, first they didn’t get my order right, Orderedextra thin crust, well done, messed up on crust.
Second they now started to skimp on toppings ordered a pizza with sausage and there were literally pieces that had no sausage.
I brought the pizza back and complained next time I ordered hardly any sausage again and I was told that is the amount they have been trained to put on pizza. Been going there for over 30 years and someone decides to start extremely skimping, I have not been back since. Sad break up 😩😢

Visited this place 8-11-2025. Heard a lot about it from a few people so i decided to try for myself. When I walked in I was greeted by the patrons. Particularly Jose and Kevin. I love when bars have that old school Chicago feel, so nostalgic to me. Had the bar tender Dawn pour me a couple of stiff drinks 2 tequila and pineapples Casadores and spent $10 😱. You have to go to the window yourself in order to request the food you want and pay. I had the bbq and buffalo wings and a large mushroom pizza since it was half price on Monday’s. I must say the pizza was just a bit above mid to me. Cooked the way I like it but I asked for well done, however the wings were the star of the show for me. Good batter and good sauce. I ordered 6 and they allowed me to do half and half. The bar itself is relatively small, 6 slot machines and 4-5 tables plus the bar. There is also outdoor seating, they have bags, and a sand lot for volley ball. All in all a really good neighborhood spot, I felt welcomed and appreciated. I will definitely be back soon.

Food and drinks great but there was an unpleasant smell like urine in the building. Soap mopp and water to clean the floors would definitely help with that.

Owner is a horrible person, food is mid at best. I have heard him say horrible things such as calling the nba finals “Gorilla Ball”. He also makes obscene jokes and gestures about women. The worse of the worse is how he allows his dog to run around in the kitchen and interact with kitchen staff. I will never go to this place again. The workers are nice but he is horrible.

From start to finish, the experience was amazing. The entire staff—from the kitchen team to the bartender—was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. We felt genuinely taken care of throughout the event.
The venue itself was perfect! The volleyball area and clubhouse gave the kids plenty to do—they had an absolute blast and are already asking when we can go back. The space was clean, well set up, and ideal for hosting a fun, relaxed celebration.
Thank you to everyone at Frank’s Pizza & Pub for helping make such a special day unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to host an event with great food, great service, and an even better atmosphere!
