Very slow service. No one up front for ten minutes. Irate customer was told he needed to wait for his refund after standing around for thirty plus minutes. I felt bad for the cashier. She seemed a bit over her head in handling the customer and the manager did not set a good example. Who trained these people????

I used to come here all the time. You could count on your pizza being ready within 20 minutes but over the last year service time has been ridiculously off. In the app you still get the message that your pizza will be ready in 20 minutes but when you show up to pick it up you will have to wait 30 minutes to an hour longer. I'm blaming corporate for this as the workers in the restaurant are just doing thier job and turning out pizzas non stop. But it's oblivious that this store is understaffed and cannot handle the volume of orders that it recieves.

Super slow, Took 1 hour and a half to make one cheese ! The cashier Tekoral T had a bad attitude and we can see the one guy cooking taking his time talking and stadinh just there making one pizza at a time! Had some loud music not caring for anyone else!

Check your cameras and give that 1 kid who is doing everything while 5 people pick their nose and act like they are doing something. 45 min for a peppperoni pizza. Lazy employees taking advantage on of teen.

This place is ridiculous. The whole purpose of hot and ready as promoted is to get it when you walk in. But no, if you walk in, you have to wait 30 mins for a pizza. Because apparently, online orders are more important. Little Ceasars really needs to revamp their process. Back in the day, it was better service for sure.

They can NEVER have your food ready on time as promised when ordering online. Be prepared to wait long when you get there smh. The customer service sucks. They ignore you a lot of the time and act like they hate their job and donât want to be there. 1/4 of the time they mess up your order. Iâve literally had to contact corporate on this location smh. If they werenât so close to my place, I wouldnât order food here at all.

Good pizza at a reasonable price ordered on line with a 15 min pickup window arrived at the shop and had to wait for them to just start making the pizza ..WTF that's why I orders ahead!
