This is ridiculous. Worst location this franchise has. SHUT IT DOWN. Placed an order through door dash at 4:27 p.m. it is 6:16 as I’m typing. Had 3 drivers arrive at location and tell them it’s not ready and will be 20 minutes. EACH TIME with EACH DRIVER.

This place is massively understaffed and the people who are there are too overworked to care. They neglected to tell me it was going to be an hour wait for a pizza and bread. And after I waited there was no sign of it, so I asked for a refund. And then they handed me some cold stuff from the back. It's also filthy in there and there's no hand washing. They just go from register to handling the food.

Yes the reviews are true placed an order for pick up on their app got notification it was drove to the restaurant and yes indeed my food was not ready 🫠

Never enough help. Half the order is warm, other half cold. Just poor service. They need to hire some decent help and schedule more employees.
