I ordered to go, it’s too expensive for the portions they are giving. The dinner literally only had 10 fries on the plate and the garlic bread was super tiny. There even stingy on the salad they add on the side for decoration. I’ll stick with there competition Camaron cocketo.

The service was terrible, the older waitress never checked on us and gave my husband the wrong drink, and when I told her the food was not good she didn’t seem to care at all. We also had to get up and ask for the bill because nobody came back out to the table. The food was even worse than the service. I ordered the camarones a la diabla and I received shrimp just out of a frozen bag, you could see in the picture they’re not even quality frozen shrimp. The “diabla” sauce taste expired and definitely not what it’s intended to taste like. I couldn’t wait to leave and order a pizza at home.

Got the molcajete & the salsa was good, but the portion was super tiny for price you are paying.It looked like it was missing half of the food.Prices on menu did not match prices on the receipt AT ALL!When we asked the waitress about the prices, she said she couldn’t do anything about it! She said that they had recently changed their pricing, but yet couldn’t find a menu or anything to reflect that.Durango or Pollo Locuas is a honestly a better option!

We had shrimp tacos that were pretty good. Chios and salsa was horrible had the carne tampiquena and it was the toughest steak I have ver had. It was impossible to cut or chew and was stringy. I tried to eat it but gave up halfway. My gf had the breaded shrimp. Literally like 8 tiny was butterlied shrimp. Not worth the money. Go across the street to el camarón coqueto. They’re much better. Oh yea. Horchata is good but the tamarindo is too sour.

Presentation of the shrimp and cheese empanadas was nice. Taste was horrible. I don't know if it was from freezer burn or bad oil, but we had to send it back. They took off 50% of the empanadas like they were doing us a favor. Outside of that the service was OK. I had the huachinango el patron. Flavor was great but the flesh of the fish was kinda dry. My wife had the mojarra frita. No problems with that. Great flavor and the flesh of the fish was moist as well. Great ambiance. Restaurant looks great inside. We came on karaoke night and that was fun as well. Don't think we'll be back for the food.

We were the ONLY table there, no carry out orders, no phone orders. we were the onlyyy ones and it took them 45minutes for 3 plates..and i would understand if there were more orders but it was just one table.
