This is always a hit or miss place. I went in and the floor is soaking wet, I was told it was power washed. Like you got ppl tip toeing around talking about there's a wet floor sign. The manager kinda laughed it off, but yea ok. Also, if you're in food service, please keep your appearance up, especially your hair. The black male manager head is always unkept, braids old just simply undone, what a turn off when in food service.

Let’s just say it is very poor management over there. I’m in the window getting my food with my kids and the two girls are in the window, cussing, loud and rudely. And I called to talk to management and she really didn’t care You need to get some better cashiers and some better customer service…. And you also need to hire a new management team because they allow that… that’s horrible

Worst experience in all my mclife. The young brother at the register was appropriately dressed and trained properly. The evening staff aside from homie with the face tats was horrible. No good customer service whatsoever. Food was nasty, attitudes were worst. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to apply, approach, appointment and/or not associate with this particular established location. Kedzie location is better.
