My experience was horrible, I will never eat here again, they didn't give me all my food and wen I called they gave me a run around,saying the boss was not in, therefore I will keep coming back until I speak with a boss. Horrible service with a attitude, the order taker was horrible too, treating people like this, I don't know how they stay in business, I spent 64 dollars and to be treated like this, unacceptable, I will be making my phone calls to get this place shutdown sooner than later.

My family has been going to this location for years. But for the past year till now it has gone down the drain. This experience showed me everyone doesn’t deserve a second chance. My previous order was not cooked throughly. I asked for beef fried rice & the rice was still white! I fixed it myself adding more soy sauce. My mistake was ordering from here after that situation. Same issue. But this time I came back to try to resolve the issue. The lady at the register & cook took NO accountability. Mistakes happen but to shift the blame to “ the rice is supposed to look like this” is ASININE! I wish I had a photo but I was too upset to even think about taking a picture. Multiple customers agreed that the rice isn’t supposed to look like mixed rice. They cooked the rice over but after all of that, who wants to eat from an establishment like this? NO MORE SECOND CHANCES.

Worst Chinese place ever. Horrible customer service the lady in front on phone whole time your at front trying to pay. My mom's order had a hair in it I had bring it back have it remade. The dishes are so small now they barely give out any sweet n sour sauces. I will never go back here again.

The rice was dry. I ordered xx spicy and was the complete opposite. The atmosphere is old and dirty looking. The kitchen looked clean. The cashier was not pleasant but she wasn't mean. I ordered spicy wings and they were just wings with hot peppers. 4/10. Would not recommend.

Best Chinese food I’ve ever had. Customer service is TERRIBLE, the woman is always yelling & her accent is so strong, it’s hard to understand but the food is so delicious I continue to return to allow her scream at me every time. Portion size is on point for my big back self. I travel from Wisconsin atleast once a month to buy food from this location.
