Can't expect much from a fast food place now a days the food just seem old like it was sitting around and I did not feel like driving back to complain I will never come again to this Popeyes

Don’t let the 5 star reviews fool you. Food is a joke here. The sandwich I got came with a piece of chicken where the breading was thicker than the actual chicken, and the breading itself was stale and just disgusting. Save your money go somewhere else. This place needs a miracle to be acceptable

The owner is doing too much and needs to hire more people. She dropped a biscuit on the ground and put it back on the counter. I wonder if she’s going to serve it. I won’t return to this location

My food was not hot. Lettuce on wrap was brown, and wings looked old. I was not happy when I got home.

I never write reviews for fast food places—but I had to make an exception for this experience.

Big shoutout to Sam at Popeyes! I came in on Friday, June 13th at 10:50 a.m., and Sam was on point. You could tell she runs a tight ship. She was actively training other employees, handling business with professionalism, and making sure my order was correct—down to every detail.

What really stood out was how smoothly everything was running. The whole team was focused, respectful, and handled the food with care. That’s rare these days, especially at fast food spots.

Sam deserves her flowers. She’s clearly a leader and takes pride in what she does. Give that woman a raise! 🙌🔥

I tell everyone this is hands-down, the best, cleanest, and well run Popeyes I’ve ever been to. The owners are there working alongside their employees, they seem to have a really good symbiotic relationship. The food is always great and today I forgot to get jalapeños and a nice woman that owns the place gave me one for free so I didn’t have to run my card again. I probably eat Popeyes once every three months, I go to this one and it’s always enjoyable.

I’m reporting this location to the Department of Health as well as the consumer protection agency. This place should be closed down. They are selling spoiled food

Went to the drive through. The person taking the order was nice however, messed up the order. One order was supposed to be spicy and the other regular. Both orders were regular chicken. Very disappointing because by the time we realized the order wasn't correct,I was too far away to turn back for them to fix it. On top of that I had to pull over to the side and wait at least a good 10 minutes for someone to bring the order to me which I was not given napkins or utensils. I had more than juice in my cup and I was not impressed. The chicken lacked any type of flavor and honestly the fries were cold so I'm not sure what the 10 minute wait and pull over to the side was for. I am not pleased I wasted my time and money. All people ask is that they get what they order and get home and to eat and you don't have what you ordered.

First time at this location and it was terrible. Chicken sandwich was Fries have been sitting out they were not fresh. I figure something would be off when we ordered, and the food was already ready by the time We got to the window, which was no time at all since there was not a line. If I could give zero for my meal, I would. Don’t waste your money here

It's about time someone reach out to corporate and seriously pursue closure, new mgmt, auditing...something. That person is me. The reviews speak volumes and the fact that NOTHING has been done over the course of time to improve food quality...the franchise owner should be embarrassed enough to give the place up at this point.
