I went to try the new footlong Churro, pretzel stick, and cookie. I haven't tried the cookie yet but I'm assuming because the normal cookies are always consistently good, this one should be too. Subway, you have NO BUSINESS making churros if you're not going to make them with a fryer and the right way. Mine is terribly soft and has no flavor because the coating didn't stick to the outside. Also, the pretzel stick tasted burnt and not like a pretzel at all. Tastes like a dark version of the regular subway bread. I will never purchase these new items again :(

On Sunday June 4th, a young woman gave terrible service and had an attitude. I watched as two young men left the store due to waiting over 10 minutes for their food. Usually this is my go to subway. But after this expirence I'll be driving down to 99th and Western for my subway. I hope that young lady changes her attitude and customer service if she wants to work in food service.

Very poor customer service. My entire sandwich was made wrong and when I spoke to the manager, she told me I ordered it that way (which wasn't true) and told me there was nothing that could be done about it.

They give open, unsecure bags to UberEats drivers. Use the sticker to seal the bag close. Don’t attach the receipt to the sticker outside the bag. I know y’all not slow. I also paid for bacon and on my sandwich and didn’t get it.

I ordered two sandwiches from Uber eats at 7:30pm. I ordered it rushed meaning it comes straight to me. I live 5 minutes away from this restaurant, but because my God son who is 1 years old had finally went to sleep I did not want to wake him up so I ordered online. It said my order was being prepared for a whole hour so I called. The lady said they just made my order. My first uber driver arrived there at 9:00 and canceled no reason given. Then my second arrived at 9:14pm he texted me and informed me that they are already closed. Today is Friday subway closes at 9:30pm meaning the last guest is able to come in at least 5 mins before 9:30 before they start telling people they are closed. I am absolutely disappointed because they closed EARLY and I did not get my food.
