The security is very unprofessional especially the light skin female one with the extra lashes, she has no customer service an her manager is very rude an unprofessional as well an this is coming from a regular customer the atmosphere on the inside is ok but security is horrible tried to complain to management but he just sided with his rude security team do not go the female security guard will pick on you

The bartenders were cool but the security guards have no customer service

Let me 1st start by saying I’m a district manager at the company I work for so I know customer service is key!!! I go to this establishment every Wednesday after work a tonight was a complete nightmare. When I walked up to the door there was a lady security guard she was very mean and nasty and pulled all my personal items out of my purse, condoms, money, tampons etc she found some raw wrap papers an states you can’t bring these in I told her that they were only $3 dollars an that she can toss them in the garbage and she became mad by asking was my id checked which it was an also overly searching me she literally unsnapped my bra completely embarrassed me In front of other customers . Later on in the night as I was using the bathroom she followed me into the bathroom and stated please tell me what u have. She accused me of smoking a cigarette inside the bathroom, I have never smoke a cigarette a day in my life she did everything she could to get me put out this is the worst experience I had I tried to explain to the owner an he took her side again I come here every Wednesday an I know the rules an I have never ever been a problem this security lady is really jealous of all the females that appear to look better then her I will be contacting the bbb about this matter don’t go here the security is evil she is jealous an will do anything to get you put out she will make false accusations against u all because u look pretty. I WAS NEVER SMOKING IN THIS FACILITY!

I honestly visited on a Wednesday. I be there every Thursday for Bingo so the Owner knows me. Went Wednesday with my adult daughter over 28 and we enter the Security Guards were very rude. Approach Awful using profanity talking to individuals unkindly remind you I peek it all just ignore them but saying wow they customer service is Awful security like trying to make a problem/fight Okay moving on you get there before I say 8 if you 21-29 you can get in. If you come after 9 or what not and your 21-29 u can't get in. My daughter 29 so by me knowing Bobby the owner I assum I can ask him politely if he can ok my daughter to come in. He rudely say no I can't she's 29 but remind you there's 21 years olds inside. I say Bobby you know me well enough I understand it's just us two I drove here for my buddy gathering who he also knows well enough we there every Thursday. can you excuse it this time he again I'm busy no!!!! I'm so over it like it wasn't no reason for Bobby to have been nasty towards a regular whose daughter was over 25. I really felt a bad sprit from that man today matter of fact this the second time but I overlooked it like he's cool he not a racist person but at this point I don't know blessings to the cool work crew who I met coming there he have a wicked spirit

It's a bit ratchet here but they get you super lit. It's a vibe if you are into night life. The food is decent and the music is bomb. The staff aren't that great though.

I was invited to celebrate a birthday at this establishment. I felt discriminated against by the bar staff.. I was overlooked, ignored and my drinks were not made as requested. I paid the same amount for drinks when I requested single, and double, which led me to believe I had been either overcharge or given bottom shelf liquor. The DJ was amazing!! I did play the jukebox/touch tunes when I arrived, but my music was cut off for the DJ. The cover was reasonable and although I didn't purchase any food, everyone in the party seemed to enjoy it. From what I personally experienced, and how I was made to feel, this place is not welcoming toward other ethnicities outside of African Americans.. I have never felt so disrespected at an establishment such as this. Especially where I was more than willing to spend..I will not be going back, and maybe that was their intention.

Manager was excellent my birthday party was catered on Oct.18 2024 my guests loved the food .Although there could be more bartenders an the d.j arrived late,after 9pm my guest arrived at 6,pm.But alternate music was playing until the d.j arrived.
Parking: There is limited parking spaces at Tommy's Place, street parking an also alternate parking spaces that is allowed at 2 of the carwashes after 8pm closing time

Parking: If going with a group O would suggest that you carpool as parking is gone fast… they use the car wash next door for parking and the rest is street parking
