Ordered 3 sliders for lunch and a fry ask for fresh hot food. My job 2 minutes away open bag took a bite dry cold old food. Don’t waste your time eating at this White Castle. They’re disgusting and disappointing!!!!

There was a loooonnnggg piece of hair in my slider. Took it back in and the young lady in charge remade my entire order. Sadly they do not wear hairnets! Stay away from this location!! Horrific to say the least.

So I did something I don't usually do, my drive thru order was wrong so I went in. The workers were very friendly and helpful.... But the cooking area was very dirty and unorganized. It was about 430am and the drive thru was very busy. So I understand that it may have been a lot going on but the filth seemed to have been building for quite some time. I waited for my food. But I did not eat it or share it as originally intended.

I ordered 2 White Castles, a small fry, and a small Sprite. The drive-thru took forever, then when I get to window the workers are playing around. She hands me my bag, forgot my pop, so I asked and she said she didn’t hear me AFTER she repeated my order before I was told to pull around. I get home and I have 2 double cheeseburgers!! Just TERRIBLE!!

Worst White Castle ever. Be prepared to wait a very long time in the drive thru, like a ridiculous amount of time and they will still mess up your order. No sauces, no straws, no ice in my drink, wrong toppings.

I was amazed on how much two fish sandwich meal cost I understand everything have went up but White Castle used to be a reasonable place to feed a family but is no longer two fish sandwich meal cost meal was 13 dollars that is a shame
