My dad and I were passing through Bluffs, IL today and saw the quaint little diner, Placke's. We decided to stop and try their food. Not only was the food delicious but the people were friendly and the atmosphere was great! We decided we MUST return soon to enjoy some more of their yummy food.
Hidden in the small town of bluff IL was a tremendous surprise. Great food super clean and home like sit down restaurant.Pork tenderloin was spiced perfectly. Sweet potatoe fries done to golden brown and lightly salted.I will find a way to get back here.
Stopped here today on our way to Springfield. Found out that it's Zipcode day for this quaint little town 6-26-21 is the zipcode for Bluffs. The staff is very friendly. The dinner is very clean. The food was delicious and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend stopping here if you get the chance.
