I had the triple chocolate concrete. Words are not enough to describe how smooth this soft serve was. Also had the right amount of sweetness. I loved it.

It was delicious custard ice-cream
Delicious soft serve ice cream with tasty concrete concoctions. We enjoyed the peach concrete last night. You also have to try the Gooey Butter Cake Concrete. It made me nostalgic for St. Louis, rich and luscious.

Terrible customer service! Little kids working here that dont know how to take the correct order. Get to the window, order is completely wrong. After having them correct the order they don’t know how to issue a refund for the over payment I was charged for the incorrect first order. I asked the girl taking payment for her name she said she couldn’t give me her name. I then asked for a manager she had a young hispanic boy come up and say he was her manager (which clearly he was not) they both looked 14/15 yrs old. I asked for a district managers name repeatedly they told me they didn’t have it and to go online. I will NEVER again come to this location it sucks and needs to be shut down! This is the second time I’ve had an issue with my order being wrong and terrible customer service. I’m getting ready to call corporate now!
