The staff is friendly, quick, and patient even when the place gets busy, which it often does because of its popularity. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable considering the quality.
The only downside? It’s dangerously addictive! Once you try Andy’s, regular ice cream won’t taste the same again. Definitely a five-star experience for frozen dessert lovers.

Staff was nice, custard tastes good. Only thing was I had less than a 10 minute drive home and when I got home the bag was leaking badly. I went to go freeze the cup for a little while thinking maybe today is really just that hot. Nope, still leaking. Custard still yummy though

Usually never have an issue until this visit. I asked about a key lime pie concrete but he said it’s not available. He did say they have the key lime syrup and I said oh no that’s okay I will just have a snow monster with cookie dough. Came home opened the bag it was not what I ordered, he gave me vanilla with key lime syrup. I was annoyed, but decided I’ll try to make the most of it and give it a try but a few bites in I saw this in my ice cream, a long black wire. I would appreciate if someone could contact me so I can get a refund because this is definitely unacceptable.

if you have a nut allergy don’t go here, i specifically told the girl taking my oder that my boyfriend is ALLERGIC to peanuts and to take them out and put pecans instead…. we went at about 9pm, after he finished the ice cream, he said his stomach was hurting and he never has a stomach ache after eating ice cream or food in general. he woke up just now (2am) with his lips swollen, and itching all over. he also has a bump on the back of his neck. he ordered the Nutty Waffle cone, they even got my order wrong, i had ordered brownies and caramel in mine and there was chocolate chips and oreos in with the brownies and caramel…
