I'm never trying to down anyone's business. But this company was referred to cater our staff appreciation day, and I can say for sure, I am not a fan. For me the chicken and ribs were not cooked well enough. I saw to much pink on my meat. When I say swimming in sauce, I mean swimming. I thought the meat needed a life jacket. When that much sauce is used you cannot taste the meat and to me it seems as if you are covering something up. The sauce tastes like grease and BBQ mix. The potatoe salad chunks was the size of a half of a potatoes and not soft. I did not try the beans only because they looked to dry. I'm only giving my opinion and not what everyone was saying. If you ever use this company, maybe ask for a sample or tell them to be light on the sauce.

Chef Rob, came to my rescue for Thanksgiving. I was unable to cook this holiday, for health reasons and my family wasn't taking over. Also, I'm not sure I trust all their dishes. I was very pleased with the results. The food was terrific, the smoked turkey was a hit with my family. We're still eating the Mac-n-Cheese, green beans and the dressing. I wish I had ordered greens. My daughter will not be bringing greens again. Thank you, Chef Rob. I will use Bailey's again.

We had a great experience with this catering company! They delivered our brunch menu right on time, and everything was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The drop-off process was smooth and easy, and our guests loved the food. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable and tasty catering!

Bailey's Catering and Chef Rob have done it again! Our family had previously ordered for Easter and Thanksgiving dinner. Yesterday, delicious food was provided for the Dillingham Family Reunion. So many compliments, especially the beef ribs. Thank you for providing excellent food and service!!!

I live in Bolingbrook and I wasn't aware of them until I was at my family reunion. And the food was very good. Will be looking them up for future events. Order some beef ribs they are outstanding!!

I’ve had two catering orders from Bailey’s and both were terrific. My last order was some sides for our 4th of July cookout and the Mac n Cheese, cabbage and cornbread w/honey, green beans and baked beans were all a hit. Previously they did my wife’s birthday party as well. I love supporting local businesses making fresh food. ??

I have utilized Bailey's Catering for both my personal and professional catering needs. What I love the most is that they are actual chefs. Yes, that's right, they cook and prepare the food themselves instead of outsourcing and marking up. They have prepared side dishes, dessert platters, full course meals, and boxed lunches all to my satisfaction. Also, during the hot summer months when I don't want the hassle of managing food at outdoor events, their food truck is an excellent option! I've already reserved Black Beauty for next summer's festival. I would HIGHLY recommend Bailey's Catering for ALL of your catering needs big or small!
