We had the absolute worst service . Our food arrived in 4 different shifts with all of the food being cold. We were given plastic silverware and ketchup packets. Our waitress was clearly under the influence of something . Horrible experience will not be going back.

Our server Jacob was the best! We had such a large group and he was always there to make sure everybody got what they needed in a timely manner. Great cocktails aswell!!

Came into bar Louie last night after a work event and I have to say some of the best service for a handling such a large group last night. It Just one server (Jacob) he took care of all us and still tried get to know us and have fun, it was overall great experience and will be back.

The food isn’t worth the price anymore, even with coupons. It’s like they punish you for saving money at this establishment. Not only was my order 20 min late, but they gave me the tiniest side salad I have ever seen. Normally when I order a side salad from this location, it comes in a decently sized take-out container…not this time. They crammed some wilted lettuce into a tiny sauce container. I guess that was my “free side.” My other salad didn’t even have dressing! This place went from being my absolute favorite restaurant to a location I’ll avoid, and a place I’ll stop recommending to my regulars and coworkers.

The male bartender last night was horrible. Service was bad because he was busy talking to friends sitting at the bar. The worst part though was him shouting "this is America speak English" while laughing. I was shocked I heard someone say something racist and vile. I know other people heard too because I saw people look at him when they heard it. I'll never go back and support a place that has people like that working there.
