Today was my first foray into the wonderful and flavorful world of #BonChon. The chicken was crispy, the sauce hit the spot, the kimchi had just the right kick to it, yhe staff quite friendly, and the donuts for dessert were a slice of heaven. Pick up order. The clear noodles tasted similar to pat see ew. Was good. I went with the recommendation on most ordered with the chicken/rice. Wasn’t exploding with flavor, but wasn’t gross. I’d word it as “ok” . For $16 each, it’s less than impressive.

Fried was delicious and every thing else is very good and fresh
We have had generally good experiences with them in the past and enjoy their food. But we recently ordered a meal with coleslaw and the coleslaw had spoiled. I told them it was spoiled they reached out to apologize and remedy the issue. We will continue to order from them as they take our concerns and feedback very seriously.

The chicken was delicious… the rest was bad. The potstickers tasted like frozen crap put in an air fryer and the fried rice was worse. Tasted like boxed rice a roni or something again out of the freezer section that was microwaved. It really to bad because the chicken was different and tasty.
