The Bolgogi fries was good. The chicken is good if you choose the Korean BBQ sauce. The soy garlic sauce is not good. The shrimp fried rice is bland it needs seasonings. It lacks flavor.

Honestly my favorite fried chicken spot in the entire U.S. I’ve tried so many places, but this one just hits every time. Crispy, juicy, perfectly seasoned. Whenever I’m nearby, this is a must!!

I tried to purchase one leg or wing to try they would not let me do it I’m not buying a full order on less I like it they lost a customer for ever
Total price $48.00. Absolutely Insane! First and last time trying this overrated, overpriced establishment. Stopped by to order carryout. Received 10pcs of old dried out chicken and an order of fried rice. Now I know why this place was completely empty at dinner time.

Fries didn’t have enough sauce It was understaffed however not busy. Waiter seemed stressed rather than welcoming. He forgot the waters Have us corn instead of a corn dog Bathrooms were dirty and it was too quiet. Music could’ve been louder. For almost 70 dollars worth of food I felt the need to post this.

My girlfriend and I decided to dine inside Bonchon at The Promenade in Bolingbrook on 11/4/2025. She was very hungry after a long workday on the outskirts of Chicago. When we arrived, we noticed this location used to be another restaurant we loved but no longer exists. It's nice to see Bonchon has taken its place. The ambiance was truly warm and inviting, making everyone feel comfortable. Subtle lighting. Plenty of space between tables for the robot servers to move around. The food was fantastic. We chose Korean Street Corn, Ten Wings (Classic Crunch) with pickled radish on the side, Bulgogi, Udon Noodles with Egg, and Korean Donuts with Sauce. Everything was delicious! Customer service was decent as the server came back to check how we were doing. We were happy with everything and look forward to visiting again soon.
