We ordered online and our order was ready before the time predicted. The complete order was in one container rather than multiple ones, which used to be Boston Market's practice. I appreciate having less plastic waste. The only criticism is that the cornbread was a little smushed in the bag.
Although the dining room is closed due to not enough employees, the drive thru is still open. I was very impressed by the speed of service and the quality of the food. We had the Chicken pot pie and the Turkey with two sides - Mac & cheese and Fresh vegetables. Both dishes were fresh, the meat was soft & tender, cornbread was moist, and nothing was overcooked from sitting too long. Got through the drive thru relatively quickly. Good job Boston Market!
I would have loved to give them 5 stars since the chicken tasted so good but the portion sizes for.the sides are way too small. I also was supposed to get 2 carn bread portions but did not receive them, only the 6 piece pack i paid for. In summary not a great value for the cost.
