Food was catered for around 20 people and a couple of us got some pretty bad food poisoning. Felt like i was dying the next day and the day after. Writing this as i am dying. Second day of dying. I dont remember the last time chicken betrayed me, but i’ll remember this.

Do not waste your time ordering from here. We have ordered a catering order and a dinner order and both times after going in when the order was supposed to be ready they have not even started on the orders. No one else waiting and we’re not given any updates or apologies after waiting for 20+ minutes. Terrible service. Then they say they do not know how to refund you when they do not have your meal to give you. AWFUL!!!

I pre-ordered a 12-piece all white meat with 12 biscuits at 11am to pick up at 5:30pm. It’s 5:55pm and they’re nowhere near done with my order. They told me “five more minutes” 25 minutes ago. Like what were they doing all day? Why the long delay? There were others also waiting and wondering why it’s taking so long for their order.

Ordered 4 piece dinner and the bill was 18$. Web site said 12 something. They said that’s the online order only. Did they help? No. Went to my phone but too hard to order right away so went to Meijer and got turkey taco fixings for 12$.

came in around 40 minutes before close and the employee was visibly upset I came in. no greeting, just stared at me. then he actually wouldn't make me any food. said he had 2pc chicken left and that was it for tonight. it was shear laziness and honestly hilarious.
what's the point of open late if you stop the kitchen long before closing?

We ordered the chicken livers and a 5 piece dark. The food was beyond horrible over deep fried everything. You couldn't eat the breading because it was rock hard and the chicken and livers were dry. . Gravy was oversalted. It was so bad our dog wouldn't even eat it.

Actually really annoyed with the service, well waiting here we watched 3 people walk out. They only have one guy working, quoted us 20 minutes for food waited for a hour. Not worth the wait either, if we hadn’t paid already probably would have left as well.
