We received a flyer from Brown's that they are celebrating their 75th anniversary so they advertised special offers till 20th Feb 2024, they said 75c boneless wings minimum 5-no limit, 5.99 for new fried cracker shrimp and Mondays buy 1 get 1 for a one$ fried gizzards,liver, mushroom and chicken chunks. When we went there and asked for these they said 1 piece for 0.75c, shrimp wasn't available for that price and the other offer didn't have chicken chunks. The flyer was confusing and nothing was available as per advertised. Highly disappointed. Please do honor the offers as per advertised or don't advertise and disappoint customers. Food tasted ok and it was over priced. The food is prepared fresh after order and they are double checking before packing. Friendly service. Really appreciate it.Vegetarian options: Fried mushrooms, corn fritters, vegetable sandwich and french fries
Absolutely love this Brown's Chicken. The flavor is amazing and the food is always fresh. They run weekly manager specials. I go almost every Monday for their gizzard special.

This place makes the best chicken! I just tried the liver today and it was so delicious! They cook everything fresh. Highly recommended. I appreciate all the hard work you put in making delicious food.Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere is clean and spacious. No posters or adverts that are inappropriate.
One thing I never liked is when a restaurant lies to you. This location is having their anniversary special, 10 pieces for $10. I asked if they had honey cover and they said they do not. They said that since COVID, they can no longer give out honey.I called a good location in the area, and they said brown's still offers honey packets.I don't like it when an owner-operator is cheap and stops carrying things to save money, if I'm going to spend money to eat at a restaurant I would like to have the condiments I enjoy with the food. I will travel to the other location, as they carry exactly what people want.

I love this place. Food is super fresh and is really tasty. I halfway expected them to be like other Brown's franchises but their chicken is surprisingly not very greasy at all which is the way that chicken is supposed to be in my opinion. The only issue is with the tenders. Those are tricky because you have to try to balance them being crispy against not drying out the tender so a lot of times crispiness is sacrificed and the batter falls off. But everything else i have tried is on point. Everyone here is eager to please the customer. It's one of the few places around that understands how important the customer is to the survival of the business. I'd recommend eating here.
