I have been giving my business to this place for 5 years as a local. I have never had a bad experience in that time until now, gave them a second chance. We usually love coming here because the wing size and portions are decent and you get what you pay for. But the past 2 times we have experienced a huge difference in the quality of there wings. The size of wings is pretty laughable. I have a small hand and the wings are literally smaller than my finger, whereas before the wing size was huge, and meaty. I literally had fried skin and bones, and barely any meat, they almost look way overcooked or thats just the way there wings are now. The price and wing ratio isn’t matching up anymore, they should have literally been $10 wings (20 ordered) and when pointed out to management they said wings vary in size, like I said I been coming here long enough to know the wing size in comparison to all my visits here. Talk to 3 different people there and even though apologetic, no one even offered to see how they can make it right (customer service has left the building). I gladly paid my bill ( not trying to get free food, but definitely felt cheated out on my wing size for what was paid). We still love the drinks and appetizers there, but the wings are not it anymore here. Anyone know of a good place in Bolingbrook or the vicinity for good ol’ traditional wing???

I rarely get wings anymore because of the price but it was my anniversary with my husband and we both worked all day, so we decided to splurge for dinner, wings are our favorite food so we were super excited. Our wings were rock hard and nearly every one had feathers we had to pick out, we also payed extra for all flats and our whole order was mixed. Most of the wings were so tough and inedible we had to throw them away. My husband wanted to call in and speak to the manager because of how disappointed we were, but I did not want him to spend the rest of our anniversary on the phone. Do not recommend, atleast for carry out.

I really enjoy coming to this location, but coming this time was one of the best times! Our Server was Jessica & she was the absolute best! She took very good care of us, the food came out to perfection! I’m a Blazin Member so I know what good wings look like, haha, she even gave us sauce on the side, which normally I ask for, but it’s like she read my mind, everything about her was awesome!! She’s great!! Thank you Jessica :)

They've definitely made quite a few improvements since we moved to the area a few years ago, including much improved carryout experience and big bar renovation.
Love coming here for football on Sundays, the bar staff are all fantastic.

Me and a friend of mine went here later on a Saturday night around 10 pm, I get the rush and shortage of servers. We waited 10 minutes at our booth as 3 or 4 different servers looked at us and didn’t come to our table yet until a younger guy did, He was a nice person and was patient with us. I ordered a lemonade which tasted like a cup of water with lemons squeezed into it. The pretzel rolls were drowned in the seasoning applied to them, Our wings came out shortly after I got barbecue boneless wings which were extremely tough and cold. On our way out we saw a water bottle on the booth by the front door which looked like to have urine in it.

Boneless wings were tiny slivers of overcooked eh and stringy chicken. Breading was okay. Sauces were overly salty. Value was not there.
I decided to use my birthday coupon and carry out some wings. The employees were friendly and made great suggestions.
I purchased 2 different types of wings and was more than impressed with how they were cooked, the flavor of the sauce and amount of sauce on the wings.
The wings were crispy and the chicken was juicy. There was enough sauce to cover the wings but not too much sauce. The wings were evenly covered with sauce, and the flavor of the sauce was good.
Next time I will dine in and try more sauces, they have a great selection.

The girls are always so nice here. I typically only get wings but they're always delicious. They also definitely know how to make an amazing drink. For those times when you're just trying to kick back and relax. The only reason I gave the atmosphere 3 stars is because it's pretty much like anywhere else nothing too special.
