Quality control needs a lot of Attention! Half of my wings were either blackened, over cooked, I dont know but I threw half the order out! Not interested in driving 25min back each way for what, more over cooked, old wings?! You all can't possibly expect people to eat this can you?!?!?! I've spent a lot of money at this location (Boughton and 355). This is Unacceptable!!!

Ordered and payed for Nachos will grilled chicken , wings and fries.They forgot the grilled chicken and I called immediately and was told to stop in another day. Hower When I did so mngr said he had no history of my order and couldn't accommodate me because he couldn't go back 2days in the system. I Spent 30 $ and will definitely not return!! Food was mediocre. ITS IS NOT OKAY TO TAKE PPLS MONEY FOR NOTHING:(

Order a second drink the female bartender never brought it my friend inquired about 20 minutes later . I stop him because that's not how it works at a not very busy bww. You should not have to when.ypur sitting a a not overly busy bar
My experience at this location was extremely disappointing.
My server brought out everyone else's food, but completely forgot about mine. Throughout the meal, he was nowhere to be found, and other servers said they would check but never saw them again, so I basically sat there for 40 mins while everyone else at my table ate and because no one checked on us, we didn't get drink refills either.
When the server eventually brought the check, my wife said I never got my food. He shrugged and said he forgot. He then went to the back and brought out my order which was cold and dry at that point. On top of that, the wings looks very ((VERY)) low quality and not appealing at all. I couldn't do it! So we just paid and left. Yeah, don't see myself going back.

Ordered 40 traditional buffalo wings. Their wings were dry and did not have that crunch i was looking for. I ordered online because it was cheaper so my order got screwed because it did not give me the option to not have the sauce on the side. I tried to exchange it but the manager said it was already made so she could not exchange it. She said to have it the way I wanted it...I would have to make the order online then call their store and tell them to have the sauce on the side. She even said that process was stupid. Well, never again...their chicken wings sucked. I was truly disappointed.

Bad service, several times I got the order wrong, the manager had no idea how to serve the customer and my order was cold. In the end, I had to eat what they gave me. I am disappointed.

Server was absolutely horrible. Messed up the order, didn't come check on us, had to ask for refills, asked our server for boxes that she never brought. If it wasn't for the manager stepping in to bring boxes, our check, and proper customer service I would have rated a lot lower and vowed to never return to this location again. Management definitely needs to reevaluate their servers.
