Had one of many great experiences here at the Bolingbrook location today. Very clean restaurant. Food was excellent and the chefs paid very good attention to detail with my order. For some reason menu items taste better at this location than others. So good that I’ve also cut out competitors like Portillos. Definitely recommend to anyone that values quality food at an affordable price. Check out their app too for some great deals. Also the manager and workers have great customer service. Thank you for making my meal extremely enjoyable! The ice cream is super fire too!
Service was absolutely terrible rude manager refused to give me 3rd party through the window is treacherous conditions outside and went out of his way to give me a hard time im not sure if this was racially motivated or not

We’ve been going to this restaurant for years,mostly drive thru. We are never disappointed with the service and quality we receive. I can’t think of any one time that our order was incorrect ! Wait times are never very long even during busy hours. Staff is always very friendly with very positive attitudes. Food is always hot and the best beef anywhere !

I first want to address that when we came in an unreasonable customer was screaming and arguing with the register staff. The Buona crew was respectful and sincerely trying to help resolve the issue, but the customer was irrational and immovable. The customer was very nasty to everyone. We love the chopped salad- husband gets very nice cubes of white meat chicken, while I get avocado in mine. The chocolate shakes are great as well- especially Thursday when they are reduced if you are a Buona Club member. We love the beef as well!
