Received great service from Anai. Food was fresh and meaty. Buona Beef is great. It always surpasses my expectations better than Portillo's. Restaurant is always clean and the food is always fresh and taste great. Dessert brownie is to die for. I go there at least twice a month. Great job Anai and Bolingbrook.

My order was a pick up last night. My son's double burger looked like a picture. My daughter's sandwich looked wonderful the kids hotdogs the bun was very smashed. The fries were over done the smaller fry pieces were actually a very dark brown. My beef was awful very dry the cheese was forgotten. I even tried putting my own cheese on but it was too dry. We love you guys we live a block away and most times it's a treat. We just missed the mark this day. I just had a little rant in me today. Do better Buona beef especially when the food was almost $50
I have been coming to this location for a few years now and overall my experience has been great. The workers are very friendly, attentive and the food is ready when promised. I order on the app and the orders are accurate. Food is a great temperature. This is one of the few restaurants in Bolingbrook that’s worth going to. They’re really consistent.

Catering order was all wrong dis not get all of our food had to go back.The manager JESUS was a total jerk hung up on me before i was done talking.He said “IF YOU WNAT THE REST OF YOUR FOOD YOU WILL NEED TO COME FOR IT. ITS BUSY AND I DINT HAVE TIME FOR THIS AND HUNG UP.Putting people like this in a management position is a dam shame to say the least.Great job JESUS you just lost buona future sales!

I went to this Buona Beef location based on the supposed good reviews. I proceeded to go to the thru drive to order. At the drive thru I had to say hello because I was not greeted for at least two minutes. When the female cashier did take my order she was abrupt and rude. I was asked to pull up to window 2, the female cashier snatched my money then realized she had to come back because she didn’t take the change that was owed. Minutes later she handed me the bag and abruptly closed the window.Note to the manager or general manager of this location. If an employee comes to work with an attitude DO NOT put them on register, give them a task that is unrelated to delivering any type of customer service. I will not recommend this location to anyone. I will continue to support the Naperville location where I’ve never had a customer service compliant nor has my order ever being incorrect.

If you order a shake, be aware that you MUST ASK for it at the drive up in order to get it! Seems that if they have the order in front of them, they should make it when you arrive and hand it to you when they hand the food to you. Shakes are made when customer orders. Large order of fries seems to be short on fries for the cost. Talked to the manager who kept saying "YOU NEED TO ASK FOR IT" Doesn't seem to be good customer service when it has already been ordered.
My Wife Loves Rainbow Cone!! Beefs are great! Small beef option for those who don’t want crazy portions with the big beef.
