So I order a number one with no onion no tomatoe and pickles and the give me a whopper jr with everything then I call and tells I'm going to get refund back .i go back and now she wants to give me a whopper I thought I was going to get my money she says no what kind of shyt is that racist Latina I ONLY WANTED THR DIFFERENCE FROM A NEMBER 1 TO WHATEVER THE WHOPPER JR MEAL IS and she kept my receipt

They added an astronomical $4 per wrap surcharge for honey mustard wraps
I’d get the bundle for $25
This essentially brings it up to $45
Shame I order her multiple times a week but maybe this is a wake up call not to spend so much on delivery
I’ll have to find somewhere more affordable
Like the Wendy’s across the street
They have wraps and don’t charge an extra $4 for them
Also on a side note
If you’re charging an extra $4 on top of base price for a wrap can you train your employees better?
Normally at affordable prices I ignore the fact the wraps are usually falling apart or just look plain ugly when they’re wrapped
However at good foil steak prices I expect you to be at least able to close the wrap correctly
As a Spaniard I’m available to train email me
When did a large fry become $5.27 that's just crazy

Went here and one of the hispanic women at the window called me an insult in spanish but didint know i knew the language. I just didint pull up close enough to the window when getting my food and i profusely apologized but there was no need for that.

Purchased a number one meal with no cheese and pickle and when I received the burger it raw and not cooked well.
I tried to go on Burger Kings website to file a complaint but it kept crashing, seems that they don't have any system set up to where we can email customer service.

The guy who takes orders at the drive thru in the morning is terrible. I don’t know how he has a job still. The order is always rang up wrong. Ive ordered the same thing multiple times and he always try’s to overcharge me. We all make mistakes so totally understandable but he’s incredibly rude every single time. I order no onions and then confirm it at the window when it’s not on the receipt and he hands off food even after you ask to confirm. Food is wrong and I have to go back through and he’s mean. Whoever owns this franchise is losing a lot of money especially if someone like this is training people. This location isn’t talked about well in the community and there is a reason.

By far the worst fast food restaurant that I have ever visit. Service was horrible from the ordering to the food. Stopped here yesterday order 2 #1 meals which clearly does not include bacon, hot peppers, or any of the other mess that was on the sandwich. Started at the window the worker never greeted me, literally just seen that I was using my phone and handed the card reader out of the window, no receipt was given, Next I received my food from a young lady standing at the window no hair coverings, nails long and black, a coat on who still didn’t greet. On my way to work I opened my sandwich just to find that there’s Bacon(pork) hot peppers, the meat is barely cooked and dripping juice from it. Mind you I clearly asked for No onions/no tomatoes( Seeing that I’m allergic) all of that and more was on the sandwich. I called the store spoke with a young lady who began laughing thinking that my complaint was funny, she advised me after me asking that she was a manager but refuse to give her name. I than spoke with Jose who advised that he was the manager Jose continuously insist that I bring the food back after me explaining 10+ times that’s I’m not from Bolingbrook and was already near work in Aurora, Jose refused me provide me with the phone number to Angelica( potential GM of the store) or corporate after me explaining several of times that this is a dangerous situation and of my allergies. The matter still hasn’t been resolved!! I am not seeking a response or a number to corporate.

Every time I come to this location their attitude is nasty and very disrespectful. And they never try to accommodate me, not even the managers. It’s almost like they’re training to miss treat certain customers.

I came here. I ordered breakfast. I told him I want fresh hash brown to the manager. I saw this with my own eyes the cook in the back grab the old hash brown re-dipped them in the oil and cook them for a few seconds and brought it out so I told them I would not eat those hashbrowns because they’ve been re-cooked and I got sick before, the Manager thought it was OK. She didn’t say anything I would never ever come back to this place when you asked for something fresh, they cook it, and I saw this with my own eyes. I was so disgusted. I can’t believe they think we cook the food to make it fresh or hot was OK.
When jenny is at the window the food is always on point no mistakes everything good and she's always nice ?

Person at the drive thru spoke too fast and became upset when I kept asking him to repeat what he was saying. It seemed as though he was having a bad night. I just pulled off and went to Wendys down the street.
