I've order from here before with no problem but tonight was absolutely ridiculous. I ordered 3 double cheese burgers and all 3 burgers had a green color to them and looked as if they ripped off the edges. Very disappointing and disgusting.

Ordered fries an original chicken sandwich fries looked like the been sitting an they just heated them back up sandwich was cold so it was something they had just sitting there wasn’t a long wait so it had to be food they just had sitting.

I’ve been coming here for quite some time because it’s the only place that’s quick to eat on my 15 min break. Never again will I come here. I ordered an impossible whopper tonight and they definitely gave me a regular whopper. My stomach had major flare ups. Terrible business practices.

I’ve been to this place ever so often. But today was the last straw. Waited on my order for 30 minutes! I should not be waiting this long for something that takes less than 10 minutes to make. It was not busy. But after I had asked they had told me they had ‘lost the receipt’ for my order.

I just come from burger kind drive thru. I am so upset. I order their bacon double cheese burger with a value have-size. I order the five dollar meal before and even a double cheese burger but when I got my burger today it was way too small. If I had to compare it to other burgers I had the size should not be so far off. This burger is always the worst. One time a lady and the speaker in drive thru was so rude. My bother had to say "I know you can hear her". They always give burgers the wrong size her that I literally know people who keep saying "stop trying to order from this burger king". But no. Now that I see it, no one eat at this burger king.
To me, burger king has always been a great fast food place. They have changed over the years but always consistent and pretty good prices for pretty good food. I think their original chicken sandwich is one of the best out there.

Never will come here again and will warn everyone to not come here. This Mexican woman whose last name is Soto said that she won’t take my order although I had enough money for my order. I said, okay there’s like 8/9 other people who can take my order. She said “nope! We’re not taking your order” and then she said, “ I’m not taking anything that cost a $1”. I’m like “ can you not see the Burger King app says I can get a free 1 onion ring with a purchase of $1 or more? She was like “ go somewhere else, do you have to be annoying here?” I cursed her out. She called the police and they ended up being on my side and telling me to call corporate on her and let me get a photo of her and also her name. Which I will be reporting. This woman should be fired!
