This location has the worst kitchen even last 5 days in a row no food at lunch time so this time I ordered ahead waited 20 minutes before even heading to the store and the order still wasn’t even started until I got here what terrible service the main reason people go to Casey’s is for the food people come on get it right!

I ordered a medium thin crust pizza and 2 orders of cookies. Didn’t receive any cookies and wrong pizza was delivered. I called Casey’s to get the order rectified. The individual that answered the phone had absolutely no idea what to do. He couldn’t help me because the person that made my pizza had left already. Went through DoorDash and they refunded the cookies, but I’m SOL on the pizza. This is the 2nd my order has been wrong from start to finish.

Pumps aren’t 24/7. Station isn’t 24/7. Got there at 5:45 expecting to get fuel but dispensers were closed. Store opens at 0600 according to the clerk I talked to inside. But got told the pumps don’t normally open for 15-30 minutes after store does. I went across to Meijer.

I think people should stop criticizing the people who make the pizza. It's not the only job there doing. There multitasking. So be patient and show respect.

Pizza is garbage staff is even worse..Find some where else Chicken was also hard as a rock I ordered blue cheese, and received ranch.stay away
Showed up for Gas and smokes, store had signs on the door stating it was closed temporarily, while 2 employees were hanging out by the register, another person walked up to the door and asked and were told it was a plumbing issue, Don't see why an entire Gas station would be closed.

Always clean everytime I go, so happy a Casey’s came to Bolingbrook. Their pizza is delicious and for a good price! Casey’s rewards is so wonderful! And their gas prices are just so good not to high compared to other places.
