Just spent damn near $80 and I’m disappointed? Mac & cheese and dressing dry as hell, no sauce on my j*** tacos even after paying for extra sauce, hot link mushy like baby food. Just ugh ?

Very nice cashier and service . Unfortunate food was terrible . Spent almost $70: hot link mushy , tips no season , cabbage taste like vinegar . Red beans seem to be zatarains. Sauce was ok, fries good. Won’t be returning .

this was my first time trying this restaurant. i wasnt sure what to get but Barbara as well as 2 other girls helped me pick my dinner! everyone was so helpful and friendly! i got the j*** chicken potato and it was amazing! i definitely will be coming back more frequently for the great food and great hospitality?

Greens are disgustingly dry and harsh. Whew I almost spit it out. Mad and cheese is 3/10 I make it better… catfish is OK could be fried harder.Jerk chicken potato is nasty. The nacho cheese tastes…. Weird.

I ordered the 1/4 dark dinner. Mac and cheese was bland and oily, sweet potatoes were overly sugary with one big potato chunk and the rest looked like baby food r ed beans were hard and undercooked chicken was smoked well but sauce was a bit sweet and not really spicy

I got the j*** tacos and strawberry kiwi kool aid.The stars are for the hospitality & kool aid.The tacos are not good. They were cold(which made no sense because I waited a while for them)there’s no tomatoes on them like it says it should be. They were dry and very large, like burrito sized!! Which would be great if they were good and then the skin to the chicken was inside the tacos smh oh and they were made on uncooked flour shells. Throw some lettuce on these things, it’s giving a wrap not a taco. Some guys were there ordering chicken wings and they seemed pleased with them but those tacos are a no for me.That kool aid was like ya mama made it. Not too sweet just right!! I also got two slices of cake to try- the strawberry pineapple and a slice of chocolate cake. The cake looks super moist like it’ll melt in your mouth but it’s quite thick. It was just ok, I don’t think I’d get that strawberry pineapple again though. I’d stop bk here just for the kool aid but idk about the food my fries were bogus too, I couldn’t eat half of them because they were too soft or too burned. I wish I’d taken a pick of the food before I threw it away, dang!

It was very good. We got 4 dinners and had a bit of it all. The greens were delicious ? the catfish was good the shrimp was a bit salty for me but very good!! The burger was sooo good ?. I give it 5 stars

This place is a joke. The j*** isn't authentic and you can tell. I wanted 20 wings. She told me $29.99. She went to the back then told me he changed the price to $39.99. I don't mind paying for good food. However I wouldn't feed my dog from this place, because I love him. Let alone over pay for that junk. I'll give them one star only because I didn't get sick.

Love the old school, throwback atmosphere of this tiny restaurant. It's very reminiscent of my childhood in Chicago many many years ago. It is very easy to miss it. I tried to rib tips which were pretty good and pretty pricey for the small portion size. The chicken wings were pricey too so I did not try them. If you want to spend the extra money for a throwback experience this is the place.
I’m not going to lie the best part of this meal was the bread and sweet potatoes, the macaroni was very lacking it was dry and not flavorful the meat was very different tuff,chewy and the texture was different. I had ordered a large turkey tip meal with a side of sweet potatoes and macaroni. Just disappointed I wasted my money. By the look of it I thought that it was going to be delicious.

you guys let me tell you-This experience was one of the best and unexpected processes using a delivery service that I've had.The food from Chicago Ribs & J*** was EXCELLENT!!! I ordered the Rib Tip Dinner and my Son ordered the 3 wings& 1/4 dark J*** Dinner.Both dinners came with 2 sides so I decided to go crazy on the choices. We ended up sampling mac and cheese, cabbage, candied yams, red beans and rice (which i didn't need because the j*** chicken dinner comes with red beans and rice). ALL the sides where delicious!!!The rib tips where tender and cooked perfectly! not a burnt piece in the bunch!. Plenty of sauce and the bread was separate therefore not soggy.I tasted my Son's j*** chicken and it was also delicious.EVERYTHING was Delicious! I couldn't believe it!Grub Hub made a very prompt delivery and since it was a guaranteed on time the customer service rep emailed me a coupon for $7 for the order running a tad late even in the blizzard. Oh did I mention all of this great experience took place with 5 to 10 inches of fresh snow on the ground.Well done grub hub and WELL WELL done Chicago Ribs & J**** Will order again!

I love Chicago ribs & j**** Their turkey tips are awesome. J*** chicken on point! BBQ sauce Smackin..& chicken wings with mild sauce is Everything. And what Really puts them Over the Top.. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Everytime I call and I visit ALWAYS, Polite, respectful HAPPY TO SERVE!! This Business is a place, that I tried something and didn't like it, I would go back and try something else Because their Customer Service is A1.O' almost forgot Sweet Potato pie..Lawd have mercy?. They even have stuff for the kids, like, snow cones, ice cream, and candy!Thank You Chicago & J*****

Ordered j*** chicken nachos the nacho chips were old and stale chicken mostly the skin covered in cilantro not with 11.99 fries overcooked and there were a couple straight fries and crinkle fries mixed like they ran out fried catfish was spicy pretty good and the shrimp was good. Do not order the nachos though. It’s covered in cilantro so you can’t see that they didn’t give u any chicken or Never again
