When I mentioned our pork allergy, he immediately changed his gloves and thoroughly cleaned his station. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout. Thanks to his excellent attitude and care, I’m willing to give this place another chance.

Second and last time coming here. I made a mobile order for a burrito bowl and got like 3 pieces of chicken on my bowl. And they were cold. The rice was raw and uncooked I had hard pieces almost thought I was chewing a tooth. The beans were crunchy. I got spinach instead of romaine lettuce? Waste of money.

Elizabeth ruined my order I am allergic to dairy and she put sour cream on my order she was to busy laughing and playing with employees instead of taking my order correct.I had to use my epi pen and go the hospital.Im literally still here this was so unsafe when I asked her she said acccidents happened and smiled.Don’t go to this chipotle until they remove this employee

This place do not deserve 1 star ! I walked in up to the counter no acknowledgment the crew having conversations and I just stood there . They literally was scraping the rice pail ! Like why would I want something you are scraping from the bottom !!! Then the service overall is just RUDE ! I think everyone in that place hates their job because you don’t even get a smile or anything. The cashier is tapping the screen with her nails not saying 1 word to you . I will never return to This location again

Decided to give chipotle a try after a year, and it reminded me why I don’t eat here anymore. The staff was friendly but the rice was super hard. I really tried to look past it but my bf even said it was too hard to eat. Got a refund but definitely won’t be back. Also, there were no lids out for the drinks. And the proportions have gone down while the prices have gone up. Disappointing
