This location was disgusting. Tables, chairs, floors really dirty. Garbage spilling out of cans. Rarely eat fast food but needed a bite while on the road. This place confirmed I'm not missing a thing.

They seem to be overwhelmed. The last couple of times, they were out of stuff or scraping the bottom. The kitchen did not seem to be able to keep up. The place is dirty at times but must be people dropping a lot of food while they eat. I notice a big difference in quality compared to a year ago.

older hispanic lady on the larger side who worked on 12/1 around 3 pm was very rude . i barely got any meat on my bowl , but the hispanic man in front of me got more than one scoop without being upcharged. he asked for extra to which she asked if he wanted double , he said no and she still gave him more ! i got maybe half a scoop and that’s being generous . she was very rude and would say ‘anything else’ after sighing when i was asking for toppings & said ‘anything else’ to which i responded yes can i please get a vinaigrette to which she quickly and harshly responded with ummm no anything else for your bowl? with an attitude … very poor customer service , if you don’t like your job maybe quit ! if me politely asking for sour cream on my bowl is too much to handle then maybe find another occupation . i will be going to the weber location from now on , as i’ve never gotten treated poorly for simply asking someone for something that is literally their job to do !
