I previously had a poor experience here but decided to give it another try. This time, a gentleman named Amir went above and beyond. When I mentioned our pork allergy, he immediately changed his gloves and thoroughly cleaned his station. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout. Thanks to his excellent attitude and care, I’m willing to give this place another chance.

Sad. Looks and feels like no one likes their jobs there. Nothing was done with a smile or kind voice. Food made like it was the worst thing possible. Food wasn't up to par, cold meats, all the food was cold, stale chips and I usually tip according to the service, but I left a $1... They deserved less. If I asked them a question, they would sigh, slam the spoon down, roll their eyes and asked what.

I'm very disappointed. I had to come in and order because...

I never stay and eat in the restaurant.
The food is always on point. Chipotle is my favorite go to. The food is always fresh and make to order. I love the steak burrito, my favorite. I odered in the app about a block away. I swear my food was made as soon as i walked in the door 4 minutes later.
