This is my favorite Dunkin and I go out of my way to go here. Sarah and Ihab are so nice and always remember my order. They even recognize my voice when I order and call me by name. Never have issues with my order being correct and they do a great job keeping this place clean inside and out. I have never been to such a clean drive thru and the garbage is never overflowing or on the ground. Keep it up!

Well, a lot of ice in my iced coffee so I feel like I paid 5.99 plus taxes just to buy ice. I told the lady at the counter and she was so nice and gave me a little bit more coffee but the manager was so rude and he was mad at the lady also. He told me that for the next I need to clarify that I want less ice and they will charge more money š° so I think so it doesn't worth spent more money in this coffee shops.

White lady with a tattoo told me ācan you hurry up, I have a lineā there was ONE car behind me. When I get to the window, SHE gave me the wrong order and I had to wait for the CORRECT order to be given. This isnāt the first time itās happened. I had to file a complaint several times to corporate.

The lady that usually works the drive thru in the morning is always very rude. tattoo on her arm and black hair, always gives an attitude for no apparent reason. i think she was nice to us maybe one time. if THEY mess up your order, you get an attitude for THEIR mistake. Other people there i donāt have bad experiences with but with her, she makes you feel like youāre an inconvenience for even being there and ordering. How dare you want a coffee in the morning. The food is hit or miss, sometimes they make it perfect, other times itās packed with ice and poorly made.

I live next to this Dunkin but if I have the time I go to the one on Bolingbrook dr. Because they are constantly getting my order wrong and never appear sympathetic to their mistake if you have to stop here make sure you check your order

Well that sure is way more ice than anyone could possibly need. So make sure when order your 6$ + refresher, you request lite or easy ice. I guess that's just another example of shrinkflation at its very best.

i didnāt catch her name but the lady at the drive thru with my mobile order was quick and gave me so many extra donuts! she was very sweet and caring. this location in general is always super fast and usually very friendly :)
