For some reason they can’t hear me the first time and I have to repeat myself. This isn’t my first time having to do this. I asked for 5 caramel on my iced coffee and they gave me 9 and misheard. Like I said not the first time they got something wrong but I decided to give them another chance.

Waiting for 10 min for someone to come at the cashier so we can order. Got 2 donuts and we got all sorts of judgmental and annoyed looks from the guy that was on shift cuz we interrupted him in doing whatever he was in the back. He couldn’t get us out of the door fast enough. I have no idea why that day was not his day. Overall looked clean though.

Amazing attendant giving me the coffee that I ordered. I went to another dunkin' donuts and they did not make my order the way that I wanted it and said that they couldn't make it that way. But this one did just like I knew it would and every dunkin' donuts can Love you! Thank you so much for making me my great coffee
