The morning crew, and the afternoon team of Sidduh and Sam are very knowledgeable and always friendly and accurate with their orders. I travel and do visit quite a few different Dunkins but nothing like my hometown Dunkin to hit the spot. Keep it up!

This location suck. The curbside pick is horrible. The staff just sit on their phones and ignore the customers. They need to do better before they start losing customers.

This is still one of the worst Dunkin in the Bolingbrook area. I was going to try to order a drink on the app, but the prices are much higher if you order on the app than if you do in the restaurant.
I ended up just ordering hash browns, and they weren't even cooked properly.
I still have visions of a bad experience were the old man that was making my coolatta coughed on the cup and the machine, then proceeded to put the cup in the machine and make the drink.
Nobody cared about cleanliness, and that's why I prefer the other locations.
