I’ve recently given this dunken another chance after many failed experiences over the past year. Service was usually so slow and terrible I just drove further to the next Dunken. After an associate at work told they were under new management, I stopped in and gave it a try. I was very pleased with the service and the manger Jessica was front and center for everyone in line. It was a very pleasant experience and I’m so grateful that they have turned it around because this location is closest to my job where 350 people are employed.

The most friendliest staff!!!! My order was done very quick and the restaurant is spotless! All the bad reviews seem to be from people who already came in with a negative mindset or think they own the staff! This is the first Dunkin I’ve had a positive experience at 10/10 recommend!! Parking lot is very spacious and they also have a drive thru.

Well I don't go to dunkin' ever since the time I ordered a crawler that had a snot on it and they said oh would you like another without any regard for how disgusting that was But today I went to one because it was right next to where I was going and I had some extra time so I thought I would simply get a coffee. The woman said okay let me start over. Twice. When I was ordering a large decaf latte with skim milk. Come on. I don't understand why she couldn't get that. I ended up saying never mind and I drove away. I think it's a Dunkin thing. And as I'm going to put this review I see that their reviews are at 3.6. I get it.

Don't bother in going to this place. The people working there never prepare the drinks like there suppose to. It' the first time I'm leaving a bad review because it' happen to me for the third time. VERY DISSAPOINTING!

The employees here do anOT pay attention to what they are doing. How did I ask for a latte and get a large coffee. Ridiculous because it was a simple order. Ill have to find another dunkin location where they get can get simple orders correct. Or, just start going to Starbucks.

Very clean place to eat. It’s a nice grab and go breakfast place. The donuts are fresh and coffee is exceptionally amazing. Make sure to stop by and grab your favorite food item. I have post a lot of pictures so that you can have a look at how clean this place is. On yes I almost forgot to mention the customer service is exceptional. Love it! Have a lovely donut day!😄
Employees have an attitude as if the customer is the problem.. They look miserable be at work. If interacting with the public isn't a good fit, they may want to consider a different profession

I always order off the app and EVERY TIME I go to this location to pickup my order it’s never sitting on the pickup rack. It’s not that the food isn’t ready it’s just sitting behind the counter. I have to ask someone or stand there until someone comes and gives me my order. I got my frozen coffee per usual today and it BARELY had any coffee in it. The cup was so light I could have sworn they just put hazelnut cream in it and THATS IT!!!!! No coffee! My drink taste like frozen creamer. I come to this location often because it’s on my way to work but for now I will go out my way to go to the location on Bolingbrook dr. THIS LOCATION SUCKS!!! I do not recommend this location at all! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!

The manager literally cussed out an employee while we were there. The woman was quitting on the spot due to what she referred to as “horrible management”. The atmosphere feels toxic. Went again the next day and no one smiles or seems happy at all. The same manager looks incredibly angry each time we see her.

Came in didn’t even receive a hi, but didn’t even matter because the screens were not working. All I saw was a random waterfall while I was trying to figure out where the menu is. At that point I just placed my order online. The young girls were doing their best to avoid any contact like as if we’re the plague. Thankfully the girl with the hijab came in and helped us with a remake even tho she delivered bad news about being out of cold foam. It happens but then somehow they’re out of ketchup packets too??? It all fell when I’m not sure if it was a lot of us or what that they began to confuse the wraps we had gotten. What should have been a 10 min stop became 30 min. The girls were nice but it was something that shouldn’t even have been a problem. Thankfully I don’t even live in the area so I’ll never have to experience this place again but some fix ups would be great for future visitors.
