I went through drive thru and the line moved quickly that morning. My order was correctly received. However I only gave a 4star to the service because wax paper was not used to separate 2 chocolate donuts. This caused some portions of the chocolate icing spread on the bag.

Gives issues about app rewards and doesn’t honor $3 refresher all June a total joke.**Edit: Manager Marina was super helpful and understood my concerns. She remade my order for free and added in hash browns too.**

This is one of the worst customer service experiences. The woman working the register was not familiar with the $3 raspberry watermelon refresher promotion sign outside of the building. The other workers used heavy profane language and they were just sitting around when there were no active customers in the store. It was not the best moment for Dunkin.
