We came in on 2/21/25 at 6:45 pm. The cashier who was a short girl wearing glasses was handling the dollar bills. After touching the bills, she started preparing my food using the same dirty gloves. Touching my bread and the vegetables. This was absolutely disgusting. The employees are not following any hygiene standard and the customers are eating germs. My order was not the only one affected, as she continued doing this non stop. My receipt said Nathan M. But it wasn’t him working at that time.

First timer!!!! I was super full from bacon cheeseburger and fries. Definitely a meal you can go back to later because if portions sizes. But I paid like $25 for a burger and fry… I cannot get over that. Definitely not worth the price. But just a one time try!
Food is good but $62.for family of 3. I pass next time and go to Culvers.

We had a wonderful meal at Five Guys! The fries are absolutely amazing—definitely a highlight of the experience. Axel (I hope I'm spelling that right) was incredibly friendly and made sure our order was prepared just the way we wanted it, and he did so very quickly. Great service and delicious food make this a place I highly recommend!

went there on 11.2.24, around 8PM, and it was my first time trying out 5 guys. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with everything on it, and my goodness they don't play around with the toppings, so flavorful, and the cajun fries hit the spot even more. all the workers there were very polite and very welcoming. especially the cashier that served me.
