Ordered a 3 tier (all tiers separated) wedding cake for my son's wedding. Called the day before to be sure of 3 tiers, all tiers would be separated, delivery time, etc. Spoke to young man who 3 times guaranteed that the tiers would be separated and delivery at 2:00pm. When we arrived at the venue; only the top tier was separated on pillars, the other 2 tiers were like a layer cake. Was too late to call or get another cake. So we ended up with NOT what was ordered.
