Honey Berry Pancakes and Cafe

OMG! I'm very picky with breakfast food because I feel my breakfast at home is delicious! But baby, Honey Berry Cafe done hit the spot! I need to step my game up with the back to bed sandwich and remake at home. The food was delicious and the service was great! Elijah was great with his service and always made sure we were good. I would ask to be seated with him again. All the staff was great. Julia, THANK YOU AGAIN for the sandwich recommendation! Can't forget the ladies who greet you with a warm smile when you walk in.

⭐️ If I could give 0 stars, I would — Extremely Disappointing Service

Visited this morning as a first-time guest, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience.

We were seated right away by the host, but there was no interaction or welcome beyond that — just led to a table and left.

When my husband asked a simple question about the Chicken, Waffles & Bacon dish, the server replied, “It’s Chicken, Waffles & Bacon.” No explanation, no description, no effort to engage or ask about allergies — which was surprising.

The food arrived quickly. My French Toast was good, but the chicken was so heavily seasoned it was inedible. We set it aside and waited for our server to check back. When she finally did, she didn’t ask why the food hadn’t been eaten. After we mentioned the issue, she gave us a blank look, asked if we wanted anything else, and immediately dropped off the check, saying, “I’ll take the payment when you’re ready.”

We waited another 10 minutes with no follow-up — and we were the only ones seated on that side of the restaurant. When my husband took the check to the host stand, she told him to bring it back to the table because “your server will be right there.” She wasn’t.

We paid our bill in full and left, but we won’t be returning. No table visits from management, no acknowledgment of the issue — it truly felt like no one cared. A real disappointment, especially for a first visit.

If I could have said 0 stars, I would have.

At first it started out great, the hosts sat us right away and were friendly.

Then the sever came over to us with an attitude and then didn't come back for 10-15 minutes. When we went to order, we had questions about the menu and her responses were short and rude.

This is a place that advertised vegan and gluten free items on the menu.

But when we asked her to confirm certain items on the menu, she got annoyed and told us that the food all comes in clear bags unmarked along with not being home made.

I cannot even express in this review how rude and uncomfortable the server made us feel.
How many other people are coming to this restaurant looking for vegan or gluten free items and can we even be 100% certain if they are actually gluten free or vegan, if the food comes in clear bags? They couldn't even tell us if their is milk in an item

When ever I come to the restaurant the service is right on point the people are friendly and the food is always hot and very good. I wish they would stay open longer than 2:30.

The corned beef hash was really good. The service was OK I would have liked to have seen my server a few more times during my visit. But all in all this is a good place to come for Breakfast.

We came here to eat for brunch for the first time and the food was amazing! Our service Bryan was very welcoming and accommodating from the moment we sat down. His energy was unmatched and made our experience here great. 10/10 would highly recommend

Place was very nice. Pleasant atmosphere, our server (Kaylee I believe) was pleasant, attentive, and quick to rectify my toast issue. Ordered the carnivore skillet lived up to it's name. Real fluffy pancakes. But i read a review earlier about the syrup issue. Well we had the same issue. Didn't think much of it till i read that review. Seems to be something that needs to be addressed. Overall, we were happy with everything, came back this time our server was Brian. Excellent service! Tried the South of the border. And it did not disappoint. Recommended it.
