It was so cold in the Chicago area the restaurant had lost Heat they did everything they can to keep the customers satisfied and continue coming back even putting heat lamps in the dining room if it wasn't for the cold I would have stayed longer I enjoyed my meals there and will enjoy coming back every time I come to the Chicago area just for the restaurant only not the truck stop that is located in

Food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. Highly recommend checking them out if you haven't been. Cool fact the filmed a scene from Shameless here last episode of season 5. Very cool. The 2 lady servers I spoke with were so friendly and very helpful. Kudos to those ladies around noon on 1/23/24. The coffee was very tasty, I am a coffee fanatic and let me tell you it was fresh and hot it was just wonderful

Server was great however; they need a new cook. The food was burnt and hard. How can you mess up toast, bacon and an omlette. We left hungry and had to go to McDonalds! Get A New Cook!

It’s hard out here on the road to find a welcoming and great spot for a meal. I’ll say this.. my meal hit the spot and the Emma was great! Service with a smile and amazing energy! The Christain music playing in the background was so refreshing to hear!! I will definitely be back when I’m in the area! Thank you ??
First time at this truck stop restaurant. Nothing bad to say. As others have stated, it is a truck stop restaurant. Ordered the meatloaf with a side salad and was pretty good. Yep, I'd come back again.

I ordered steak and soup at this restaurant, and was very pleasantly surprised that this order also included a sweet pie with a choice of fillings. I really enjoyed both the soup and the steak. Thank you very much, if I pass here again I will definitely make the same

It's a truck stop cafe, but the food was good, with typical breakfast fare. I'm a biscuits and gravy snob and that was very good. Service was a little slow, but it was our waitresses fifth day on the job, and she was the only waitress so I would give them a pass on this. Prices were very reasonable. I will go back again.
