food took almost an hour to get after ordering and it was lukewarm almost cold when it came to me. i also got food poisoning so dont go here

My very first experience of IHOP in the late 1980s was when I was attending a family function in NY City, NY from Chicago, IL. I was new in the US, and the experience of a very late night dinner with a multi-storied ice cream to me was as foreign as I was to America. Even after my recent return to the US after 11+ years, the combination of new and old dishes and the atmosphere of quite buzz gave me the same tingling that I felt the first time in NY. Thank you, IHOP. You did not lose anything from becoming IHOP from the International House of Pancakes of the past. Still love you. ❤️

It's 2:00 in the morning and no one has came to service us. There are guy sitting in the restaurant and two outside smoking. One of the guys outside look like he was a worker still didn't come to ask if we wanted take out or dine in. If this is how it in at night it shouldn't be 24 hours.

I was a table across the dining area and witnessed the situation that “Sara carranza” described. She is lying on every word. I saw how an older African American male talked down on these very polite servers and staff. We heard remarks and hateful racial slurs. This man was claiming that he would call ICE and send Mexicans back The manager proceeded to refuse service. As she should. The police later arrived to escort the man out momentarily due to another customer calling 911 because of this person’s incompetence and not letting others enjoy their meal. Thank you Jatziri for handling this situation professionally and swiftly.

We were seated then ignored while everyone around us was served. They did not know who was to serve us. A server got us drinks but did not take our order. Again we waited with no service. We left and would not go back
My nephew wanted to come here for dinner and w we're very pleasantly surprised with how good and fresh the food was! My mom is incredibly picky and got the new bacon avocado burger and kept saying how good it was. We thought the French toast sticks would be frozen but they were made fresh and he loved them. The service was very good and it was clean and well kept up.

Came in for early morning breakfast. Food was great. Service was wonderful. Server very friendly and attentive. Julissa thank you for a great experience.
They are so sweet here I had an issue with a 3rd party app and while figuring out what to do the manager just had them remake my order, even though it wasn’t the stores fault at all, because she cared so deeply about the quality her customers receive.
