While I recognize that no one really likes lines, I also truly believe that because of the new Mc Donald's style service model... AKA, touch-screen ordering, I'll never return to the Swedish Restaurant of IKEA for the gravlax salad I look forward to as a treat for braving the show-floor.

The last few times are only disappointing. Way smaller portion with double the price. Servers were rude, acting like they were forced to be there... It used to be a nice place to get decent food while shopping but won't be spending money over there anymore.
Degraded service at the IKEA food court, probably our last visit. Kevin seemed disturbed by the sight of customers and did not want to count correctly - asked 16 plant balls, he gave 14, showed it and he took the plate and added 1 more but they charged for 16 balls. He did this for 2nd plate as well, gave only 14 for 16 plant balls, I gave up showing it again coz he was doing it on purpose. Cashier charged full price after a good 25 min wait time in the single cashier line.
And just noticed the receipt, cashier charged for lemon cake which is double the cost of shortcake I bought. Be careful, check your receipts as well!

I wasn’t expecting much from the IKEA restaurant, but it turned out to be surprisingly good! The variety of food options, from Swedish meatballs to vegetarian choices, was impressive. The quality exceeded expectations, with fresh ingredients and generous portions. It's a great spot for a quick, affordable meal after shopping, and the cozy atmosphere makes it even better. Definitely worth stopping by if you're visiting IKEA!

This was our first time trying the food here and it was so good! The prices are really low and the quality is very good. Just a salad and vegetable soup was enough to fill me up.

Had the swedish meatballs plate, which seems to be consistently good across every IKEA, and the free Family Tea. Service was quick and efficient.
One doesn't go to the Swedish Restaurant for the atmosphere, but this one is OK. The large windows overlook the parking, a far cry from the beautiful New York skyline visible from the Brooklyn location.
Parking: The EV chargers, unfortunately, are not free. And are often all in use anyway. I'd love to get a little free juice while browsing the store.
Limited items but good taste. Go for lunch and try grilled cob with chocolate cake as dessert. Enjoy the food by taking a seat with outside view. It will be amazing.
