CLOSED IN 2020...........Loved it when it was open. Went to Bass Pro Shop September 9, 2020 and the restaurant in now closed permanently. Failing business & pandemic shuttered the place a few months back .

At the moment you come to that place they give you a great feeling. Very courteous stuff, it is a happy restaurant to to go out with friends or with your date. enjoyable meals, talented chef, decent cost and courteous service. Highly recommended.

The food was decent but the service was horrible. Our server bragged how she trained people on the floor but she took our appetizer order and entree orders and one entree came out and she didn't place the appetizer order. The manager got our entrees and brought the appetizer and we had it as a side dish at least but the damage was done. The original server did not come back to table and we won't ever come back here for anything.

I didnt even want to give 1 star. We were there for over 2 hours there was only 5 tables. The appetizer came out then after that we had to ask for refills after waiting for them. Our food came out cold and burnt. When we brought up the burnt burger the waiter jeff said "well you asked for it well done" then after waiting for our refills that we never got even after asking my husband went into bass pro and bought some. The bill was over $100 for food hoping for a great meal. But honestly wish we would have went to denny's would have had hot food, drinks and less attitude

I used to come here when it first opened and would regularly enjoy my meals. My wife and I recently came back to show our daughters the fish. The food seems very cheap now, almost like it’s frozen and being reheated in a microwave. It’s really unfortunate because the inside of the restaurant is still very cool. They have a massive fish tank and my girls really enjoyed watching the fish.

Amazingly horrible food, this is actually the second time iv'e eaten here i actually forgot how bad it was and quickly remembered why we dont frequent here. Fish and seafood are my jam but just not here. Visit another local fish house. I never leave reviews but Bass Pro fails at this one.

First of all, the restaurant was empty, and we were told there was a 30 minute wait. Ok, so we sat at the bar to wait...and they cancelled our table. We sat at a hightop table in the bar, and it was disgustingly dirty. 5 servers sat around doing nothing. We finally ordered, and appetizers were brought with the food. Defeats the purpose of an appetizer. The food was overly salted. The green beans were plated in the plastic bag they were cooked in. There was 3 lbs of bacon in the clam chowder soup. Mussels were disgusting. Horrible experience. We have been here before, and the food and service was amazing. Don't know what happened to change that, but owner needs to take a look here. To top it all off, we found hair in the food as well. We left hungry and disgusted.

This should have an option of not selecting a star! My family and I had a HORRIBLE experience rude greeters. Waited to be seated over an hour and a half. Should've left before we even sat. Everyone after us got waited on before us. We got our starters after everyone got their food. Asked for stuff and never got it. Had to get up ourselves to get our own straws. Asked for burgers well done and they were red! Waitress got our plates confused didn't know what she was bringing out. Overall we we're there almost 4 hours.

We enjoy the atmosphere and food. Everyone is always so nice especially to my kids. Our server Jay was awesome! Good recommendations on food and specials. Was very attentive to all of us (even my 11 yr old). We will be back.
